I really like the interface of the program, everything is simple and clear, and the fact that you can always use the interactive instructions, it is a real assistant in the first couple of days. I got used to the workspace very quickly. For me, the downside is that you need to buy a separate license for each user.

There is no drinking water in the room, at night I couldn’t get through to the reception, it’s a total mess

Checking in for a group of 20 people took about 30 minutes (no less) - a very long time. Moreover, there is no place for everyone to wait sitting for such a long time for check-in. And with two groups, we stood for an hour. And then it turned out that the cards were not magnetized, and they went down.
The room is good, big. There are slippers, a robe, plenty of towels, and water.
I didn't like the breakfast because... the staff can't cope. The tables were not cleared, there was no cutlery, the food was running out and was not replenished. There were no places.

Excellent hotel. Very cozy room for one person. There is no audibility, which is very pleasing, because you can sleep peacefully after long walks. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bed linen is clean. The shower stall, sink and toilet are snow-white, without smudges, deposits or mold. The only food I had was breakfast. Buffet with enough food, which was constantly updated by the staff. There is a variety of food, so everyone can choose what they like. Check-in was quick, there were nice girls at the reception. I was on the fifth floor. The view from the window is magnificent!

Relatively not a bad hotel. The breakfasts are great. Deliciously prepared food, always fresh fruit. The room had air conditioning (working), a TV, a shower in the bathroom, dispensers with gel, soap, and a hairdryer. Towels were changed every day. Overall I liked it. I don’t have any special complaints, but it’s up to my level. Maybe in the future it will be even better. There are conference rooms there. By the way, I want to warn you, do not touch the lamps that hang above the bed, they are very hot, you can burn your hand. WiFi works.
