Stayed with my wife at the end of October. The location is quiet and convenient for visiting nearby attractions. This is where all the advantages end. We arrived at the hotel around 20.30 tired and hungry after 6 hours of travel. The first thing they heard at the reception was not a greeting, but "did you book?". It’s strange to ask such a question when it’s dark outside and there are people with suitcases in front of you ... We asked if the restaurant was open, to which we received an answer that it was closed ... usually open until 21, but if there are few visitors, then they close. Asked where you can eat, and heard "I do not know." "Is there a store nearby?" - "I do not know". In general, the answers were extremely strange. Got the key to the room in the main building. The room is spacious, clean. Repairs have not been done for a long time, you can see from the state of the bathroom. The room has a high ceiling (but little light, a 2-light chandelier), a combined bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a bidet, a hairdryer, a TV with local and federal channels, a mini fridge, large floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the terrace. The accommodation included breakfast - the menu is meager and did not change all 3 days. I was very surprised by the complete absence of fruits and vegetables, complete, i.e. there were not even apples or greenhouse cucumbers. The menu for the subsequent breakfast must be communicated in advance (mini questionnaire). A choice of three types of porridge, three types of egg dishes, three types of dessert, coffee, cheese, sausage and bread are freely available. We didn’t get pleasure from breakfast, more a need to get to a normal cafe later. Spa and gym included in the stay, visited all days of stay. A large number of pairs, but all for an amateur. We went mainly to the Russian steam room and the Finnish sauna. In the Russian steam room, the water supply to the stones did not work. The outdoor pool was not heated, the water corridor from the building to the street does not work. Cormorants periodically swam in the street))) There was a bar inside, but they don’t write to the number, you need to pay for everything on the spot, this is inconvenient, because. changing rooms are located on the floor above. The state of the spa is abandoned, as if there is no owner ... The territory is clean, every day we saw the staff involved in landscaping and these people were much more polite than other staff. By the way, in the morning, when everyone comes for breakfast, it is normal not to wish good morning, but to ask "your room number?" The appearance of the waitresses also raises questions, the feeling that they came to the party ready or emo .. of course, everyone has the right to self-expression, but in the service, I think, the appearance should be more restrained. I was very surprised that the bars and cafes on the territory did not work during the day and in the evening, although there were quite a few guests. In summary, there is no service at the hotel, people who are responsible for cleanliness really work, their work is visible, the rest do not care about everything and everyone.
