Great location 50 meters from the sea, free sun loungers, not a bad beach, not crowded. The room shows that the base is being restored due to its abandoned state, the rooms have a fairly modest renovation, but everything you need is available (refrigerator, air conditioning, dishes, kettle) nuance spiders in the corners, respectively, there are cobwebs everywhere and a badly working drain in the shower. The rooms are not cleaned, you take out the garbage yourself, the linen is not changed, there are no bath towels. In the evenings, rooms overlooking the sea are attacked by a cafe operating from below in the form of songs "black eyes", "hysterical", smoke from the barbecue gets directly into the room, if you open a balcony or window, the cafe is open until 23.00, sometimes later. Of the minuses, there is no place to eat, the nearest canteen is open until 15.30, the price tag there is dray, for example, buckwheat porridge with sausage 200r, soup 150r. If you are by car and not picky, I recommend!

This resort is very good. The room is clean, has its own bathroom, TV and refrigerator.
There is also a bar next to the building. The bar serves excellent kebabs, pizza and other delicious dishes. The water in the sea is also clear and there are many living creatures, for example, various fish, crabs and crustaceans.
Of the minuses: the beach is rocky, it is inconvenient to enter, but if you adapt, you can easily enter and enjoy the warm water.
The room is rarely cleaned. For 6 days of our stay, they never cleaned it.
There is no partition between shower and toilet. Therefore, the floor will be wet all the time.

Excellent recreation center in the price-quality ratio. We booked at the end of April for 700 rubles a room with a TV, a double bed, a shower, a toilet in the room. Cozy, homely environment. And the sea... 1 minute! Super! The balcony was overlooking the sea. You go out and it's like you're already in the sea! Highly recommend!!!
