There is a balcony and we have it overlooking the highway (when the balcony door is closed, the noise of the road is absolutely inaudible). Another wish is to put chairs on the balcony so that you can sit and smoke

We were by car, so it was not difficult for us to get to the beach and the city, those without a car will have to take a taxi (it’s unrealistic to walk), it is located on the highway (before entering the city)

We rested here in August 2021 - a great room, everything you need for life is there: a kettle, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, a TV, air conditioning, a large and VERY comfortable bed (we slept like babies)

They provide towels, slippers, shampoo (I would also like to give shower gel and toothbrushes with paste - wishes 😉)

I have been going to this family hotel almost from the first year of its existence. I don't know if there are stars. Everything is simple, comfortable, without pretensions to exclusiveness

The optimal combination of price and quality. This year I brought 15 friends and held a retreat. Next year in August we will occupy the hotel completely, so adjust your plans 😉

In walking distance (10 min) there is a good beach (towards the village of HAZAR). Nearby there is a restaurant, they cook deliciously, but compared to the establishments close to the center of Derbent, it is expensive

Also, there is its own parking, which is very cool for the cramped and narrow Derbent. Pomegranate and persimmon grow in the yard. I was in the season of fruiting and harvesting, straight beauty

But, as elsewhere in hotels in Russia, there is a shortage of sockets near the beds. The bathroom has a bathtub, not a shower, this is convenient for those with children

We traveled on a motorcycle with my husband in the North Caucasus, stayed at this wonderful hotel. Lotus has comfortable large rooms, amazing cuisine, helpful staff. Fikretu, good luck in all your endeavors !!!

The staff is polite, they always go to a meeting and respond to requests. The only negative, food delivery from a nearby restaurant - the menu was not impressive, the food delivered is average in quality
