Nice simple new clean hotel.
Of the pluses - a super view right on the sea, which is usually never crowded. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves.
I really liked that you can wash, dry and iron things, super convenient.
The owner is very attentive and friendly.
From the wishes - I would like to be able to dry my hair with a hairdryer and diversify the breakfast menu.
In general, good value for money.
Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo of the room, only the sea view :)

The hotel stands on the shore, new, construction work is still being completed. It's clean inside.
Fresh renovation, everything is new, great sea view.
Nice hall, big parking, good chef
New hotel, did not have time to finish, but there is no discomfort. The sea is right in the window. Fell asleep to the sound of the surf. While there are still few people, there is no flea market. Very satisfied with the rest in Derbent
