Saturn 1 in Irkutsk

We arrived with colleagues in Irkutsk on a business trip for three days. Three months before Irkutsk was a week on a business trip in Ulyanovsk (hotel Art-Ulyanovsk). Therefore, a little comparison. Both hotels are located on the outskirts of the cities (30 minutes to the center by bus and around nothing interesting). A week in Ulyanovsk with a breakfast buffet and a restaurant card, a small cozy room with an excellent mattress, air conditioning, regular housekeeping, but without a wardrobe cost 14k ₽. Two and a half days in Irkutsk with a large room, which did not have a whole sofa, a bed with a mattress was an order of magnitude worse than in Ulyanovsk, and there was no air conditioning and no room cleaning. But there was a closet, mini fridge, kettle. For 1 breakfast there were unfried eggs, for 2 oatmeal. The restaurant is big. But one menu on all tables, in which almost all the dishes on the foot. I had to take poses in which the dough was damp, and in size they were a little more than dumplings. On the tables were expired sauces. No longer had dinner at this restaurant. And that evening, they ordered poses in a cafe in the city center. Cheaper and tastier. In general, this number cost 6.5k ₽ (for a week it would have turned out 17.5k ₽ and this is almost without food).
If I happen to still visit Irkutsk, the hotel will look for another.
