+ Everything was perfect from start to finish the staff was impeccable, very polite, the hotel is spotless, the room very clean and quiet with good soundproofing m, they also kept my luggage after checkout. The staff was very professional and the customer service in the restaurant was good. The food to the restaurant was good. The location was okay near to many bus stops. I would definitely stay again- The only negative was that the staff did not speak English but they tried a lot to support any queries

Was here on observation, very convenient, good internet, helpful staff, you can order food from the restaurant. The room is comfortable everything is new.

Good hotel in Irkutsk. It's near Ibis, where I mostly stay, but more affordable. And it appeared the Taiga hotel is really great, good service, great and friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
