We stayed at the hotel in June 2021. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. The restaurant served wonderful food. It was cozy. We had a wonderful time in the pool! I highly recommend it.

- Nice room, nice bed. However, bath room smelling sewage. Water lock /drain need to be fixed. My room was quickly checked when I notified the reception, but guess more extensive repair of the drain of my room is required.

Came with my wife. They settled in right away. The cost of the room seems to be high, but adequate. The price includes buffet breakfast. The menu and food are good. After 10 hours driving, a wonderful relaxation is a bath (sauna and hammam) and a pool with aquamassage, jacuzzi. This is also included in the price. What is not less important. It's a pity that this relaxation is only open until 22.00. The rooms are excellent. Family room with two beds, shower, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle. The location of the hotel is also good, city center. In general, for the future, we know where to stay ... and I advise you.

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food. For two days, while I was in Ivanovo, I was there already twice. The restaurant is not inferior to many Moscow restaurants in terms of the quality of service and the taste of dishes. Separately, I want to praise the customer focus. On Saturday from 6 to 8 am shift changes. I arrived at 7.30 and, by and large, they could not serve me with a clear conscience, but they still sat me down, and the bartender offered tea until the change of shifts was over. It was nice and sweet. You can also have breakfast (buffet) in the morning for 500 rubles. The breakfast is varied and delicious. So I recommend. Good restaurant.

All liked it. Spacious room, varied breakfast, wonderful pool. Cons: uncomfortable pillow (hard), no bath (in a 4 * hotel, this could be thought out)

I really liked the hotel. Clean, comfortable, the hotel staff is friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are cleaned every day. There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Mini bar. Bathrobes, towels, care products. Spacious rooms. Great view from the windows. Breakfast has such a variety of food and everything is delicious. Spa on the 2nd floor. I recommend everyone to stay here. In the evening we could not get into the restaurant, we had to book. But we ate in the afternoon, everything is very tasty. Thanks to the chef and everyone.
