Was here for the first time. The rooms are simple and quite comfortable, there is no luxury, the simplicity of the USSR. Dining room at the hotel, the diet is different, they will pick it up for you if you have any restrictions. The dishes are simple, but quite enough, cooked at home. In assortment: various cereals, soups, pasta, cutlets, meat dishes (boiled), compotes, dairy products. In general, I like it, there is no buffet, but in principle it’s even good, you are controlled and you won’t overeat. Everything suits me, there is no discomfort. Wi-fi only in the faye, not in the rooms. Mobile communication is not stable, mobile Internet is intermittent.

Rested in September 2020. The housing stock is old and "a bit tired". This is perhaps the only negative. The rest is fine, especially pleased with the pool with thermal water. Food without frills and without choice, but everything is tasty, fresh, portions are large. Great staff, always accommodating and ready to help. Thank you.

In the sanatorium "Mountain spring" was in October 2019. Standard set of treatments plus tambukan mud and outdoor pool with hot minimal water. The territory of the sanatorium is small, but well-groomed. Two buildings of eight floors. We lived in the first one. Rooms for 3 people, in rooms for 1 + 2. Bathroom and shower. The rooms are spacious: there are 2 armchairs, a refrigerator, a TV and a kettle. The dining room is chic and the food is good. A cultural worker conducts dances every other day and organizes trips to the theater, opperta, excursions in the park. In general, we liked the rest. The mountain air plus the treatment and the friendly attitude of the staff of the sanatorium left an indelible memory of Nalchik.
