Pros : - great view from the window - the smell of pine, the singing of birds, the sound of the river. - comfortable bed. - good breakfast (everything you need is served). Minuses : - from the hotel in the evening there is simply nowhere to go. At all . - Cold and hot water is mixed up in the bathroom. - clean the ventilation. It has tons of dirt on it. - no minibar.

This is the coolest hotel in the Elbrus region. Everything is done with taste, thoroughly. I'm not sure if there is another hotel in the area that has two elevators for the convenience of guests. The territory is well-groomed, the hotel is in a quiet place, there is a good view from the window. The staff is a special thanks! I don't want to call these wonderful people staff, but rather hospitable hosts...

The place is amazing. The service is top-notch, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the breakfast is excellent. The view from the window is breathtaking; I've attached a photo.

The hotel is great. The room is spacious, clean. Good plumbing and shower room, plush bed. The staff is friendly, buffet breakfast, the choice is wide, everything is very tasty. Free shuttle to the ski lifts. I recommend to everyone.

In the smaller area this is probably the best hotel in terms of quality and price. The food is good and plentiful. Great selection both for dinner and breakfast. We staid with Elbrus Tours so lunch was packed for us at breakfast. The rooms are large and spacious. We stayed at the new part of the hotel so the lighting in the hall did not work properly, or was not turned on.

Fantastic view from the window. Very cozy. Clean and has everything you need. Convenient location – both Cheget and Azau are equally close. I'd especially like to mention the excellent restaurant – it serves both European and Caucasian cuisine.

The hotel is located directly under the cable car to Elbrus. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The only thing that does not please me is the staircase to the 4th floor. It is made according to some sadistic drawings and for me it is easier to climb Elbrus than it is to the 4th floor.

Good and clean hotel. Receptionist communicates in good english. Waiters dont speak english, so be prepared for hand to hand conversation or learn some russian :) They do serve amazing chicken meals. Im very satisfied with my stay.

We stayed there 5 nights. Rooms big enough. Simple - but we didn't need anything fancy. Bathrooms nice, hot water always running. Wifi - worked only in the lobby. Breakfast was ok - the same everyday. Close to Elbrus slopes and 30 min walk or short ride to Terskol or Cheget.

Although this is one of a few realistic places where you can book a stay for a large group, it is also a dire place with rude staff and the poor quality meals. Avoid if you can stay across the road.

A very pleasant and comfortable family run hotel. Very clean and comfortable, excellent boot and ski dryer, you can have a delicious breakfast right at the hotel, friendly and hospitable hosts. Convenient location - 200-250m to the lift to Cheget (you can ski while there is snow below) and you can also go home from Elbrus along the trail right from the Azau glade.

Generally good hotel with friendly staff, even without English language. We have stayed in two different rooms during our stay and one of the rooms had quite uncomfortable beds, just need simple top mattress. You can park your car outside which will definitely be taken care by hotel security guard/receptionist etc. Tip to find the place: go under the abandoned building and you'll see green hotel sign...
