Cleanness is poor, toiletres on demand. Breakfast is ok and little bit limited, cafe makes really tasty dishes. Everything is really ok unless you want to rest in a quite place.

Nice hotel, although most of the rooms are multi-bed like a hostel. But if you consider that mainly tourists (before the ascent) or skiers stay here, for whom separate accommodation and supercomfort is not important, then the level of service is good. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious.

Stayed a couple of nights here whilst climbing Elbrus. I hadn't booked anything and we were completely impromptu in turning up. The staff were extremely helpful despite the language barrier, they made a huge effort for us and made us feel very welcome.
