My room was old and dirty. Central position but not worth in relationship of the cost.

The hotel's location is definitely a plus – central and easily accessible. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. For €73 per night, I expected considerably more. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the service was disappointing: No one spoke English, and even simple requests like booking a return trip weren't helped. Overall, the value for money is absolutely not there...

The hotel is average. The room is small. The air conditioner is by the window, taking up a lot of space. It's hard to get to the window, and the curtains can't be closed tightly. Housekeeping is terrible. The bed linens are cheap. The only plus is the location and the view from the window, if you have a south-facing room.

Excellent location, nice view and room equipment, but it was very cold in restaurant due to air condition what’s why plastic chairs were awful to seat on!

Excellent hotel! The rooms are bright and cozy, with everything you need. TV, air conditioning system, which can work in winter for heating, a comfortable double bed.. In General,satisfied. Meals or no meals or Breakfast only. Breakfast is varied, though the menus are the same every day, but do not stay hungry - great choice.

The room smelled very musty, but I didn't bother changing because I had an early morning flight. Opening the window didn't help, but the restaurant downstairs was quite good.

The hotel after renovation is a big plus, everything is clean, even in cheap rooms you can live, bed linen is clean, almost new. Good cafe at the hotel - delicious breakfasts. Cons - location (for trips around the city it is better to use a taxi), no refrigerator, air conditioning in the room. Favorite hotel in Zelenogradsk. A variety of rooms, water Park... Perfect for a family vacation, really like daughter (11 years old).

Great location right on the boardwalk. Rooms were very clean and if you push the two beds together they result in a kind bed. A sheet will be provided to cover the entire bed. Most of the staff had limited English abilities, but we had translators in our group which made it easier.

You cannot say that hotel is ok seeing it just from the outside. But when you get in you can be really surprise. Rooms were big and clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was also ok. And of course room price really reasonable. if someone ask me me I will recommend this hotel on the first place.

Very good 3* hotel. Breakfast is very very good. Omlet, porridge, pastry, cold buffet. Good vaiority of tea and espresso. Rooms are with very good bathroom. Towels being changed every day. But this is 3*. Don't expect a lot from rooms. Also no elevators and it was a bit difficult for me to get 3d floor by staircase.
