Nice hotel. 3 stars are fully justified. Convenient location - in the heart of the city. Helpful staff, the rooms are simple but clean and well maintained. Good restaurant. The atmosphere, of course, "Soviet". A real "Soviet" hotel! Recommend)

Awful place! Disgusting staff !!! Were passing through. The lady with the curls said that there was no toilet in the hotel and that it was a "public place". The city itself is sad and there is nothing to see, and the local Cerberus generally put the final touch in the picture. No self-respecting person will stay in this hotel. Such people do not stimulate domestic tourism in any way. In other words, I have not traveled to Russia and it is not necessary. Kaliningrad - left a pleasant impression, and Sovetsk, as the name itself - "Here the Russian spirit, here it smells of Russia", in the bad sense of the word!

Good value for money. The room is spacious, too pompous curtains and bedspread for my taste. Great view of the square from the window. In the bathroom there are towels for all parts of the body, bathrobes and slippers are also pleased. Purely. Breakfast is edible, but it costs 200 rubles per person.

Had problems. The staff claimed that our seniors were drinking alcohol from the bar and stole a towel. Check the completeness of the room when you check in.

Simple rooms, good and clean, very friendly staff, WiFi free, excellent Lunch and dinner menu (also in English). Please offer the drinks menu in German or english.

Despite the Central location, at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, very quiet at Night. Guarded Parking for 100 rubles of the night.
