- The whole building as well as the floors and rooms are designed 30 years ago and seem quite old today. Internet doesn't stay all the time.
- The hotel is definitely not a 4* one, rather the basic 3*. Somewhat overpriced.
- The room smelled like sewer. All the windows were open all night long, but the scent was so strong that it didn't help. They were definitely aware of it as the windows were wide open when I arrived.
- Terrible breakfast. The hotel did not reflect the quality of its 4-star rating and is in need of renovation. A big disappointment.
- Very small bathroom/toilet Auful breakfast
- slow and unstable wifi (~300kb/s), thin walls, you can hear every word of people talking next door. General state of disrepair: broken thermostat literally dangling on wires and heating stuck at max level, nonoperational bathtub plug, shaky table, terrible TV reception with static, even the ceiling lighting was missing some bolts and was barely hanging on.
- First and last time. Never again. The hotel does not correspond to the level of 4 stars. I can rate it at the level of 2 stars, according to the international rating.
- The blonde receptionist on the second day of my stay was not very friendly.
- Bed was not new or clean, the mattress was dirt and very unconfortable and the ac did not work. Shower area and curtain dirt, the shower head was broken splashing water everywhere outside. there was no shower gel or soap, had to ask twice and got only one. Call reception and the woman hang up while I was talking. No one spoke any language at all apart Russian. They all seemed bother and uninterested in help. I felt really bad and akeard with them all.
- The breakfast could be better, the room was with defects.
