We stayed at the Berlin Hotel for the first time and found it fine for a short visit. The room was clean and fairly well equipped, and the bathroom had everything needed. With the hot weather, the air conditioning in the room was definitely a plus. The location near the main bus and train station is also very convenient.
The Berlin Hotel in Kaliningrad is a good choice if you need to catch an early bus or train, since the main station is just in a 10-min walking distance. The room we had was relatively spacious, with a comfy bed and proper curtains that kept it nice and dark at night.
