At this price point, as long as you're looking forward to quarantine, you won't get a bad review. (Attached is a picture of the view outside the cabin.)
Stayed at the end of July. The hotel is partly under restoration. In terms of price-quality ratio, everything is acceptable. We took a family room. The bed was more comfortable than in a similar hotel in Moscow, so we got enough sleep. The room is very stuffy, there is no ventilation, we slept with an open window, under which a car wash and tire service work 24/7, so it was no longer possible to sleep...
Liked the hotel very much. Convenient location, close to a cafe where you can have breakfast. 10 minutes walk to the city center
I stayed at the Phoenix Hotel with my husband and was very pleased. The room was clean and greeted by friendly staff. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Hello! This is a fantastic hostel with everything you could need. We stayed in a private room which had large beds and a sofa. It also included a private toilet and shower. The staff were wonderful. The hostel is located opposite the World Ocean Museum, and a fishing village is just a short walk away.
This isn't an apartment; it's a hostel with bunk beds. You can't sleep with the bathroom door closed due to a very loud, howling draft. They make you take off your shoes at the entrance and buy slippers. However, the other girl who was on duty on November 9, 2025, was very kind.
Perfect place! Spacious bed with a comfortable mattress, and it was spotlessly clean. There's a kitchen available. The staff were incredibly friendly! Excellent value for money. Absolutely loved it!
We stayed here from February 4th to 8th and absolutely loved everything. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, and the manager was very helpful and pleasant. The bed linen was pristine white, there were plenty of towels, the bathroom was clean, and the room itself was warm and cozy. The common areas were beautifully maintained. The communal kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and complimentary...
A fantastic hostel with all the amenities! It's clean, there are lockers, and the beds have privacy curtains. The kitchen offers coffee and tea. There's a common area featuring a collection of books and board games. The staff were incredibly sweet! 🥹 I'll definitely choose this hostel again for my next visit to Kaliningrad! Thank you! ❤️
Great hostel! Highly recommend!!! Everything is spotlessly clean, well-kept, and comfortable. It's centrally located, a superb location. The staff is friendly and kind. It's fully booked for New Year's, but hopefully, I'll get a chance to stay here. You can book online or offline. Kaliningrad is a beautiful city.
