The hotel is located in the city center, connected to a shopping mall, with a great location and convenient transportation. Restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms appear to have been upgraded and have a modern look. The only downside is the slightly poor internet connection.
The room was great and very clean. The entire hotel was tastefully decorated.
My husband and I stayed for just two nights. We chose this hotel for its location, right in the city center. The price is hardly budget-friendly, even without breakfast, and it's not comparable to the Radisson chain. We've stayed at many hotels in this chain, both domestically and internationally. The rooms are tired, there are no robes, water is only available upon request, the carpet smells old,...
Overall, I was quite satisfied. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the location was good. The hotel reception staff were very helpful.
This isn't our first time staying at this hotel. It's comfortable and clean. Breakfasts are excellent, including complimentary takeaway coffee. Underground parking is accessible without going outside.
It's right in the city center. I can easily reach everywhere on foot in 30 minutes.

Good place to stay. Nice restaurant and overall impression is very good. Not very close to the old Town, but still walkable.
Quite good hotel, service is able speaking english and quite helpful for me. The hotel is clean with cozy rooms: fridge included, fair, modern furniture and such a pretty bathroom. Another advantage is the oppurtunity to park in the parking house. It is in the middle of the centrum, under 5 minutes footwalk to the supermarket, shopping malls or restaurants..Highly recommended!
Very comfortable and excellent service with value of money it's be the best in town.

More like a hostel than a hotel. The building is like in a side street behind a fence in a closed area with paid parking. Cozy home, friendly staff and oh-oh-very convenient location. It seems that the courtyard is quiet and at the same time you are in the center. You want large stores, you want the central market, you want the Amber Museum. Everything is within walking distance. The prices are very human. I recommend and advise everyone. Good option for this price. In the city center, quiet place. Easy to get to any part of the city (stop 10 minutes walk). Near a large selection of shops, shopping centers, market, cafes, restaurants. The hotel itself is small with compact rooms. Audibility is quite noticeable, but not annoying. Very unfriendly Women at the Reception. Talk about us in Russian, thought we don't understand it. She was annoyed that we not speak fluent Russian and laught about our Russian. Nobody was there at the Check In St the Evening.
Location of the hostel is good! Not far from bas stop so that is possible to reach the hostel by public transport without long walking. Supermarket in 2 minute of walking. High speed WiFi. TV, PC in common room. Wash mashie. Comfortable kitchen with bace set of equipment. Employees are polite and helpful. Price for the bed in dorm-room is not high.

Best hostel I've ever been to! Much privacy and excellent location! In addition it's cheap.
Cozy and clean interior, polite and helpful staff. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. That was a great stay, would definitely visit again!

Saved me during the world cup after I missed my bus back to Poland. Staff very helpful and booked a local bus for me for the next morning. Hostel was clean, comfortable bed. Given a towel for shower free. Shoes left at reception so floors in the rooms are clean.
Clean, modern, nice. Fully equipped kitchen. 3 toilets for all, but its small hostel so its enough. Personal is friendly. Only problem here is sound. You can hear everything. And hostel is on second floor so a lot of stairs.
