The hotel is located in the city center, connected to a shopping mall, with a great location and convenient transportation. Restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms appear to have been upgraded and have a modern look. The only downside is the slightly poor internet connection.
The room was great and very clean. The entire hotel was tastefully decorated.
My husband and I stayed for just two nights. We chose this hotel for its location, right in the city center. The price is hardly budget-friendly, even without breakfast, and it's not comparable to the Radisson chain. We've stayed at many hotels in this chain, both domestically and internationally. The rooms are tired, there are no robes, water is only available upon request, the carpet smells old,...
Overall, I was quite satisfied. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the location was good. The hotel reception staff were very helpful.
This isn't our first time staying at this hotel. It's comfortable and clean. Breakfasts are excellent, including complimentary takeaway coffee. Underground parking is accessible without going outside.
It's right in the city center. I can easily reach everywhere on foot in 30 minutes.

The hotel is very good, the staff is attentive, there are two restaurants with excellent cuisine, the location is good, all the sights are close. It's ok nothing special about this place. Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff. Lots of parking space. Our room was VERY clean and tidy. Comfy bed. But old furniture and, I think, this place needs to be renovated. Great location and the doors are open 24/7.

Comfortable and quiet - if you get a room away from the main road which runs past the main entrance. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Excellent transport links into the city centre by bus, taxi or tram. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the standards of its staff are high. They were friendly and efficient. All in all, Hotel Moskva was good value for money.
At the hotel there. Outside is a pleasure to behold an old German architecture of red brick. There are nice places in the building. Salon Esther street side Free visit regularly. Next to him a pretty shop-cafe with coffee. On the other hand a cute little shop with stationery and accessories to paint and sculpting. And then the neighbors bar-café Tabasco.
Great place! Breakfast is plentiful and tasty, clean and cozy! Great location. And the Hairdryer was in the room and a fridge...the neighbors are not disturbed...the walls are thick... I was very comfortable

One of the best restaurants in Kaliningrad. Excellent service and very tasty. Real traditional Russian kitchen. The borsch here is super good. Price wise I can say it’s fair as in considering the excellent food, service and quality the price is actually very good especially if you are used to the high diner prices in The Netherlands.

The staff is helpful and willing to help, but they lack competence. It is nice to see this willingness, but I would also like to receive appropriate support.
I like the breakfast the most. I found it healthy especially the omelet which they only used the egg white. I also like that it’s close to the bus station and relatively walking distance to the old area.
Never been to a hotel where no one spoke english or any language for that matter. Staff not very nice, seems bother to help. Very unfriendly. Room service not good, bedding dirt and cleaning late. I will not recomend this hotel. The only good thing, it was close to the main area.
It's close to the bus and train station, the river bank with restaurants is just a 10 minute walk away. And the room was quite cheap.
