Komnaty svobodnoy ne okazalos, vpolne ponyatno, no izvineniy ne posledovalo, vmesto etogo nam ukazali na dver, skazali poishchite v okrestnosti komnatu, my priehali nochyu nado zametit. Vmesto togo, chtoby sprosit ili posmotret...

Nedostatki Za vse vremya moego prozhivaniya ne menyali nabor s zubnoy shchetkoy/pastoy, butilirovannuyu vodu tozhe ne predostavlyali (tolko v den zaseleniya). Na krovati pododeyalnik s bolshim zheltym pyatnom, prikryt pledom, takoe luchshe vykidyvat. Uborka nepolnaya, musor vynosili cherez raz.

Great location. 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Around 10 minutes walk from Cathedral. 20 minutes drive to airport. I had breakfast only. Good choice. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. the location is great, everything is within reach, has some kind of cozy soviet flair. Also it was very helpful that they accepted reservation without a card and cash payment.

The staff is helpful and willing to help, but they lack competence. It is nice to see this willingness, but I would also like to receive appropriate support.

I like the breakfast the most. I found it healthy especially the omelet which they only used the egg white. I also like that it’s close to the bus station and relatively walking distance to the old area.

Never been to a hotel where no one spoke english or any language for that matter. Staff not very nice, seems bother to help. Very unfriendly. Room service not good, bedding dirt and cleaning late. I will not recomend this hotel. The only good thing, it was close to the main area.

It's close to the bus and train station, the river bank with restaurants is just a 10 minute walk away. And the room was quite cheap.

Interer milyy, ukrasheno k Novomu godu...bronirovali dva nomera: lyuks i uluchshennyy standart. Vidno, chto proekt chut kitchevatyy, dorogo-bogato...na lyubitelya. Funktsionalno vse est, no. - napryagaet kovrolin v nomere( ya astmatik, ne bylo uverennosti...

Vybrali otel falke royal dlya nashego korotkogo otpuska po opytu proshlogo poseshcheniya mnogo let nazad i po otzyvam v seti. Hotelos horoshego urovnya obsluzhivaniya, a po slovam mestnyh, eto odin iz luchshih oteley goroda. Sporit ne budem, u otelya mnogo priyatnyh momentov: tihoe raspolozhenie, neplohie nomera, spa-zona hot i skuchnovata - tolko basseyn, dzhakuzi i sauna, no chistaya i rabochaya...

Raspolozhen na tihoy ulochke, no nedaleko ot dostoprimechatelnostey Svetlogorska. V 5 min. ot otelya Yantar -Holl i muzey mirovogo okeana. V neposredstvennoy blizosti takzhe vsevozmozhnye kafe i restorany. Vse blizko i ryadom. Po otelyu...

Place in terms of price-quality ratio for 5+. Would definitely recommend for short trips. The food is good, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are good. Great location. Everything you need is in the hotel. I will go there myself again.

There are positives and negatives about this hotel. On the one hand, the location is very good. Close to the sea and the promenade, is also on the Zentralstrasse. The interior is nice. There is also a good bar and restaurant. The selection for breakfast is rather small. The quality is okay though. There is also a pool and sauna. But the internet is very weak. There is often no warm water in the morning...

Firstly the positives...The location of the property is very good..just a 5 minute walk to the main street of svetlogorsk. Also the family room is big and spacious. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect.
