Reviews
A mask is a means of individual protection, INDIVIDUAL, i.e. a person protects himself, and they yell that we are not satisfied with a napkin, collar, scarf, we need a mask, otherwise we will not serve, are they at home? Read consumer protection laws, or don't position yourself as a hotel or hotel at all. Doesn't the service staff take on a lot? Do your studies, teach customer focus. With this hand she puts a plaster on the food, and with such an air that everyone here disturbed her, the desire to have breakfast immediately disappears. If you so demand masks, give them to the guests, as they do at gas stations or on excursions, otherwise people come to the catering and take off this mask, why yell and spoil everyone's mood, and even more so to say that they will not be served ... We went to dinner at a restaurant in Kostroma, calm, pleasant, tasty, and did not require a mask.
Remember! This is a means of INDIVIDUAL protection! And start with yourself. The sediment remained from what they saw and the children did not eat breakfast and were scared ... BAD
It is singular, the walls are thin, we heard sms coming to the phone in the next room at night, and the feeling that we were snoring like rustling. At 7 am, our neighbors decided to turn on the TV show "Play hormone". And the sound is not dull, but sonorous, as in our room, but the walls are made of cardboard This is the only negative.
In general, everything is very fine! A bathrobe, slippers, a towel, soapy-soap down to the zupa paste, everything was there.
Will I stay at this hotel again next time - yes! The prices are laconic, the breakfast is delicious and included in the price.
Do I recommend Troy to others? Yes, but I will warn you about plasterboard walls, through which you can hear everything, and even how you sit on the pot gorsh
We were greeted by a friendly receptionist, all quickly settled!!
The impression remains the most positive!!! All the staff-thank you so much!!! Would recommend this hotel to all travelers!!!
