GG Hotel

Do not be fooled by a beautiful picture!! Administrators do not know what hospitality is and skillfully deceive for money (they take payment from you, and settle in the course of their acquaintances).
My husband and I chose this hotel to celebrate a celebration (birthday and engagement) - the place is really beautiful! We arrived a month in advance to see and book rooms for 18 people, we were met by the administrator Alexei, even then we had to be wary, because the attitude was such that we owed him something and tore him off the phone. We think, well, okay, the mood of a person is not very, you never know! Nevertheless, we ordered rooms, made an advance payment, ordered a buffet table, left a lot of money.
Day X has come, and one couple tells us that they are sick (this is a force majeure event, it is difficult to predict). We explained at the meeting to the administrator Andrey that one couple got sick, they would not come, but they still charged us for the room!!!! Apparently, the guys are so greedy that despite the fact that our company ensured almost 100% occupancy of the hotel in the off season, they provided work for the restaurant, which was also idle, they do not want to go to a meeting and return the money for one room.
In general, the staff lacks elementary concepts of hospitality and service, they are absolutely alien to a smile and a normal attitude towards the client! No matter how beautiful the place is, people leave impressions! Thank you hotel management for ruining my birthday and engagement!
