Stayed one night. Very nice for the price, clean well-kept rooms, clean courtyard with its own interesting architecture, clean fresh building. The room has everything you need. The beds are normal, the linens are clean. The ventilation system is a bit noisy. Breakfast is a buffet, everything is delicious, the variety of dishes is good. The staff are polite, clean and tidy. It is worth noting that in Sochi there are as many as two addresses of Lenin 119v. If you have arrived, and Portobello is not in sight - just call them, the manager will explain where to go. The most interesting thing is that these 2 addresses are 5 minutes away from each other. There is no parking at the hotel itself, but there is normal free parking within a 3 minute walk. Departure from the hotel in the direction of Krasnodar is not very convenient, you must first get to the Adler station and turn around there.

Luxurious hotel! Everything is fine, starting from the location, to the sea really 350 meters, around a green park. Very friendly staff, all polite, smiling guys. Rooms are great, cleaning every day, cleanliness. Special thanks to the cooks, they were fed very tasty and varied! In general, no doubt choose Portobello, you will not be disappointed!

A very friendly hotel. The rooms are good (we lived in comfort), the service is not intrusive (I like it very much). Water is brought in every day. Beach towels, cleaning. The most important thing for us is the real petfriendly hotel. There are no restrictions on the weight of the pet, as in some other places. The dog lived for free, no deposits (as again in some other places). Weifai is fast - the child is very happy, now he wants to come only here 😁 Thank you, Portobello!

Everything is fine, no complaints have arisen for 5 days of stay. The breakfasts are delicious, the cleaning is of high quality, the pleasant and helpful staff, the rooms are cozy. I would visit this hotel again.

We took the comfort room, generally satisfied. We had a 3rd floor, no balcony. It is theoretically possible to hang a beach one on a rope stretched along the window from the outside, but somehow, firstly, it’s scary that it will fall, and secondly, it’s very dirty below and the towel will get dirty about this dirt. There is only 1 chair, so you just had to hang towels on the door handles. There is carpet in the room, so over time it will certainly "get tired", since it is only vacuumed, but not washed normally, but now in 2021 it is still decent. And given the pet friendly position, a lot of dogs stop there. The shower room has a ledge so that no water flows all over the floor. Plumbing is not expensive (plastic white watering can), but not tired, so everything is ok. There was stagnant dust on the plastic of the toilet bowl in hard-to-reach places. There is a hairdryer, but there are only 2 modes and the 1st is very weak, and the 2nd is strong, but very hot. There are bathrobes and slippers (on size 43 we could hardly pull on). The bed is comfortable, the mattress is super. There are 2 duvets on a king size bed, comfortable. On request, they gave an additional pillow (third). It is strange that of the two opening windows, only one has a mosquito net (apparently to dry towels through it). We wanted to sleep with fresh air, not air conditioning, so there was mosquito control.
Breakfasts are varied and delicious, there are even pumpkin seeds and other seeds, dried fruits, every day different cereals with milk alternate, there is always oatmeal on the water, always an omelet, cheese cakes, sausages, pancakes. No frosting. There are vegetables, fish, potatoes and pasta, and even herring or chum salmon of weak salting. Two coffee machines. You can sit both inside and outside.
The architectural and planning solution is made in the image and likeness of American motels, where there is no roof in the center of the building, in fact a street with a decking surface, from there there is a passage to the stairs, to the elevator, tables for breakfast in the fresh air, an entrance to the dining room. And along the perimeter there are entrances to the rooms. And the windows of the rooms are already looking outward. The sea is certainly not visible, the hotel is only 5 floors. Rooms up to the 4th floor. 5m renovated in 2021 (no noise).
Rooms on the 1st floor open directly into the dining room (outdoor tables and entrance to the premises), so be prepared for the 1st floor, and from 7 to 11 onwards, lunches and dinners MAY be heard noise from the dining room. But these 1m rooms have large balconies! Moreover, there are balconies only on the 1st floor along the perimeter and in a couple of rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, which overlook the sea. I suppose these are also rooms of comfort or higher, although outwardly the room is like ours on 3m Spring Beach 7 minutes walk through the underground passage under the iron. The area is full of mediocre canteens, where there are always no people, questionable reviews. From the nearest restaurants I can recommend a dining room and a restaurant khinkal brazier for a solid 4, they are on Lenin's across the street. There is no parking, in general, the entrance is difficult. The parking lot nearby is always busy, but by 22-23 places are full, so park calmly in the evening, but in the daytime it's really as lucky, you have to watch.
In general, the hotel is good, I would recommend it, but you have to be prepared for the nuances.
