In winter, the rooms are quite cold. You can ask for a heater, but they may not bring it. The door to the balcony did not close, a constant draft. I had number 44.
Very good breakfast, so order, you won't regret it.

The location is very good. Near the beach, shops, cafes. The hotel is dirty and the service is disgusting. For six days of stay, they did not solve the problem with the smell of sewerage in the room. No one ever came and tried to fix the problem. With relocation to another room as well. In general, service - 1. We will not return to this hotel again.

Had a rest in this hotel for new year's holidays, I liked the location of the hotel, 20 meters from the sea, nearby there are various dining, cafes, kfc, McDonald's, entertainment center "Mandarin" in a 2-minute walk. When we decided to go to Krasnaya Polyana, the hotel staff arranged for us a transfer that very much pleased, not had to look for a car, we drove and took in the evening with Krasnaya Polyana, on call, and drove to the hotel. Room rates are low enough, the rooms were clean, linen white, is constantly cleaned, the staff is very friendly. Next time we come in the summer!!! And be sure to take a room with sea view. In General, for us, it's perfect for relaxing.

The location is wonderful. A few minutes to the beach and cafeterias, KFC and McDonalds are 5 mins away, walking. A nice Mandarin beach is near too. But the facility is poor, very old building with no proper refreshing of the rooms. The service is in deep 90s.
