The first time the rest in Russia was worthy!
Houses by the sea are really 5 minutes walk without straining!
The houses themselves are clean..comfortable..with all the conveniences..shower..hair dryer..condey..telik..fridge..the linen is all snow-white..white little flies..disposable slippers ..
There is also a small teraska with a table .. cozy terraces for companies .. there are also three pools with schizlongs .. Enjoy as much as you want.
The owners are very correct and polite .. the territory is cleaned constantly. There is also a canteen and a restaurant nearby .. Nooooo .. do not make mistakes. And walk right into the gate to the "Terrace".
We were pleasantly surprised by the awesomely delicious kebabs, moreover, the portions are huge .. approximately from 500gr .. and the price is 600 rubles .. If you had known before .. only here and would have gone.
In one word. I am more than happy with the rest! Because I love comfort ... and here it is at the highest level. This is ge advertising.!

We rested in a wooden 2-storey house. The hotel consists of 2 parts, before it was 2 different hotels with different owners (as we were told). On the territory of our part of the hotel there are 2-storey buildings and 1-storey houses, gazebos, paving slabs, grass, flowers, palm trees (utah). 1 small pool and 2 jacuzzis. On the territory of the other part of the hotel there are rooms, like a terrace, a children's and a large adult pool. Modern playground, playground. There was animation for children, though every other day and at a certain time. There is a rental of electric scooters and children's cars. There is a small street bar on the territory. Closed dining room with summer vernanda. We liked the dining room and the taste and the price tag are acceptable, there is plenty to choose from, we didn’t like the fact that the prices for the dishes were not presented for a long time, but then they were corrected. Upon arrival at the house, it was upsetting that the floor tiles in the bathroom were broken, the toilet lid and the mirror shelf were torn off. I was pleased with the large refrigerator, as it turned out not all 2-storey buildings have large refrigerators, somewhere there were small ones. Rented a house for 2 families with my sister. Who wants to be quieter, the houses will suit, these are more expensive, where all the parties are cheaper in that part and naturally louder. The village and the hotel itself are focused on a relaxing holiday. For families with small children and retirees. I knew this, read the reviews about the village. There is nothing for young people and party-goers to do there, otherwise one tipsy madam was indignant that they make comments to her, that they behave loudly at night, she apparently did not read the reviews. The owners and all service personnel are Armenians, kind and hospitable people. A fairy-tale beach for families with children, especially small ones, the main thing is to get on vacation at the right time, until the sea has bloomed and there is no rain. Located close to the sea. I would go back there. Full compliance with price = quality, as far as possible for Russian resorts. From the wishes: on the second floor to make a partition for the parents, or at least curtains to separate the large bed from the nurseries.

We came to rest at this hotel in June 2021. Booked a few weeks in advance. We were met very kindly, there were no problems. The territory is cool, very cozy, there is a children's and an adult pool, its own dining room, delicious barbecue, a playground for children.
Very good service, clean rooms, very friendly staff, very comfortable. The beach is very close. All wishes and even more were taken into account. I recommend this hotel! We liked everything very much!

I was vacationing this year with two children (in May) .... What can I say: the hotel is wonderful, the staff is friendly and helpful. Cozy rooms, the territory is beautifully refined. Well thought out area for children's games .. The hotel has everything you need for a family vacation: a cool pool (the older one did not climb out of it), a children's corner (from there she could not get the younger one), a dining room and a bar area. There was also children's animation three times a week (children are in raptures, mom has a break). To the sea three minutes at a snail's pace, there are cafes and other canteens nearby (respectively, there is a choice where to go). I would like to express special thanks to the director of the hotel, because at the right moment he helped out a lot! If possible, we will definitely return to your hotel for vivid impressions !!!
