Our family of two adults and two children stayed for five days in early July! To say our vacation was fantastic is an understatement. If you're looking for a comfortable (and definitely comfortable) vacation in Anapa, this is the place for you! From the reception team who guides you through your entire stay to the cleaning staff who clean the cottages EVERY day! Everything was just as we hoped, and for every family member. Each cottage includes a two-story cottage with two bathrooms, a refrigerator, two TVs, two air conditioners, a loggia, a terrace at the entrance, and more. The property features a large heated pool, a children's pool, children's entertainment, an outdoor restaurant, an indoor restaurant, a gym, and an indoor pool. We always have answers and solutions for all your questions. The sea is just five minutes away, and there's a private beach with sun loungers. We loved it. We highly recommend it. 💯

The hotel surprised us with its cleanliness and comfort, and the staff's attitude towards customers was impressive. We didn't expect such islands of excellent service to appear in our southern region! We stayed in the Sapphire Village townhouse. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It's perfect for a family with a child—no one bothers anyone else. The two-story layout is very convenient. Two bathrooms are also a rare feature, not only at our resorts but also at foreign ones. Everything is new; the hotel is only a year old, the finishing materials are high-quality, and the furniture is comfortable. The pool is very comfortable and spacious; you can swim even at night. We were surprised to find free and comfortable rattan loungers (no cheap plastic!) at almost any time of day. Thanks to the bar for the great music! The sea has its own private, fenced beach, and there are always available loungers. The breakfasts are excellent. We went for breakfast towards the end of the day, but this didn't affect the quantity or quality of the food at all; everything was delicious and high-quality. A huge thank you to the hotel staff, especially the receptionist Nora! It's clear the hotel team truly cares about their guests! Daily room cleaning, linen and towel changes, including beach towels, drinking water, and providing everything guests need. It's great to see our resorts offer such high-quality service. An excellent hotel for a relaxing stay in Anapa! It's located on the second line, but has its own private beach area, a leisurely one-minute walk away. Prices are slightly higher than average for Anapa hotels, but this is offset by the spacious, cozy rooms with beautiful views of the coastline in sea-view rooms and the city and suburbs in city-view rooms. The staff is attentive. The food is delicious, the restaurant is reasonably priced, and meals are prepared and delivered quickly to your room. There are two swimming pools on site, the indoor one has warm water, and the fitness area has good exercise equipment. I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend it if your budget allows!

An excellent hotel. It's unlike any other. Stylish, cozy cottages make it a great place to relax with friends. Everything you need is there. The pool is large and warm. The staff is responsive! They answer any questions or requests—a rarity in Anapa.

Nice new hotel, helpful staff, we all really liked it. We were a family with a 3 year old child. We rented a 2-storey cottage. The only negative was the month of August, the sea was blooming, it was impossible to swim.

Good hotel with good service. Recently opened, so everything is new and clean. The rooms are nice, no luxury, but everything is clean nice. Cleaned up every day. The rooms have a refrigerator, TV, kettle and air conditioning. Breakfast - buffet. Pretty decent and varied. Good baking. There are two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a rocking chair.
