The hotel does not correspond to four stars.
Architecturally designed, the hotel people are creative, but far from understanding the organization of public spaces.

In order:

Disregard for guests!
I gave my parents a 2 night stay in this hotel for a birthday father 25.04.2018, paid 100% amount through online payment, booking number 7003 when booking promised compliment from the hotel - a bottle of champagne and a fruit plate (a trifle, but nice). 14 hours settled in the room, the parents did not know how many days you go to rest (when I told them about 2 days they apparently didn't hear, because older people), because when updating the reception told them that the amount paid, we cannot tell. And NO ONE TOLD them the dates of your stay at the hotel! (I see this first time in my life!) put the contract where older people of course couldn't see what it says, because of poor eyesight. In General, they thought that rest will be only a day, what happened next, no ONE gave them or promised to compliment any congratulations champagne, fruit and so on, although my mom said at the reception (again!) whether a compliment on the day of birth (because until the evening and was not), told her what to do, but unfortunately the miracle did not happen, there was nothing of the promised fulfilled! Apparently the hotel Beton Brut so I decided to treat the birthday kids and guests. The next day the parents went to the reception and announced that they are ready to leave the hotel, quickly took the bracelets, called gornichnuyu and waved a pen, but no one asked and not asked why they leave early, what happened etc because it was fully paid in 2 days! I started to call the hotel to figure out how is it possible??? to which they replied that will address this problem and call me back, I waited for over an hour - no one called me, I started again to call, I said what else and decide to call me back management of the hotel in a few minutes, in the end this was repeated 6 times!!!! before I called the management after 4-5 hours and after my 7 calls! In ioge I suggested that parents can visit the next day and live with them one day + the waiter brings the food from the dining room!!! My suggestion to parents provided 2 full days of visiting and the compliment (promised) - said we can't do that! Although parents were driving from another city and has lost a lot of time on the road! I said it is not satisfied, because I was completely spoiled all day birth and the road will take a lot of time! Well, I said - I'm sorry I can't help you! Conclusion: there is more than a foot! I do not recommend this hotel, because the staff can ruin everything at any moment! It is a pity that we chose this hotel....

Read the negative reviews on this hotel, but did not give them values, thought competitors are writing. We stopped in this hotel, just remember all the negative things that I read about this hotel and realized that was a mistake by choosing this establishment for your stay. 1) Check. We were told that check in to the hotel from 14-00 to 16-00 and 14-30 suggested to leave your stuff in a separate room and wait? The Luggage room did not even have cameras and guards and if you would have gone the property, it would hardly found. 2) the Dining room is awful!!! Just a shock!!! The smell of grease and ventilation problems, all the clothes were proanimal. The waiters are all tortured with carts of dirty dishes. The chairs and sofas in dining room dirty. Tablecloths not. The food is all cold. Do not remain hungry, but the food did not inspire appetite. See photos of dishes of this hotel. Snack in the snack bar - fat crackers and mayonnaise pizza, wine from parochka, who immediately placed in packets behind the bar. Ice cream is generally not seen, but if it is, it is a solid palm oil. No accident on site pay a restaurant called "He came", but purely out of principle we didn't go there. 3) the Rooms are adequate but the walls of our room were Kazakh. The hotel as a welcome glass of champagne is offered a drink which cost per bottle is less than 100 RUB. We did not wait for our welcome drinks, I don't like? 5) Pools - more or less a nice place in this hotel except the Spa receptionist and there are no lifeguards, paid pool bar also had a waiter. 6) the guests are almost there. 7) Evening entertainment was adequate, but the price tag at the bar, where a bottle of Abrau Durso worth 300 RUB me RUB 1320, exasperated !!!
