If not for the service, if not for the maids, the hotel could be safely recommended….
But the hotel does not justify its 4 stars for this reason. I tried to contact the management, at the reception they gently hinted that I shouldn't waste my nerves.
But it's a shame, because the director may not be aware of the problem. After all, it is worth establishing the work of the maid service and the hotel can rightfully be considered one of the best in Anapa.
