Rested from 28.07 to 4.08 The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful. Cleaning was done every day. The light bulb burned out - it was changed on the same day. Breakfasts - buffet, great choice. If they knew that they would be fed so deliciously, they would have taken all inclusive. The pool is clean, heated, it is a pleasure for children to swim there, you don't have to go to the beach) We really liked the hotel. Thank you very much to the staff.

An excellent hotel, hearty breakfast with a variety of dishes, clean, there is a pool, the rooms are cozy with a balcony and air conditioning, not far from the sea.

One star for the location of the hotel. We rested 05/02/21 to 05/08/21, during the entire stay there was not a single full-fledged cleaning, I asked to clean it 10 times, but alas. There was a change of linen, but the linen was replaced with not dried, the reason is that it is dried in the basement, thrown in a wet heap on the dryer, there is no dryer. The rooms have been freshly renovated, but the floors have not been washed (white construction dust), there are no screens on the windows in combination with an inoperative ventilation system, the elevator broke down 5 times during the stay and had to ride with small children to the 4th floor. There was no heating in the pool, but there was dirt up to their ears, and for two days there was broken glass from a broken table all over the pool recreation area, I asked to clean it for two days, they deigned only after shouting with mats. If you want to spoil your vacation with negativity, then you are in this luxury hotel.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and beautiful, if not for the service. The rooms are not cleaned until you start to scandal. Shampoos and soap are not given. The maid replies that it is necessary only upon arrival. Neighbors ran to buy toilet paper. We were lucky enough for the duration of our stay. There are only two maids. Both make excuses that they cannot cope. That is why they do not wash, do not change linen and towels.
If not for the service, if not for the maids, the hotel could be safely recommended….
But the hotel does not justify its 4 stars for this reason. I tried to contact the management, at the reception they gently hinted that I shouldn't waste my nerves.
But it's a shame, because the director may not be aware of the problem. After all, it is worth establishing the work of the maid service and the hotel can rightfully be considered one of the best in Anapa.

Disgusting hotel and horrible service. The 4-star hotel lack basic personal hygiene kits. Asked to bring a shower gel, because it was not initially 20 minutes of waiting, then she went down and then found out they ended . To the question "what can we do?" offered itself to go to the store and buy. Room service is zero., not even vacuuming. Water paid. Put 0/10
