Where to stay in Chemitokvadzhe

In terms of price-quality ratio, it is a very worthy place. We come here for the second year in a row.

Super! Liked everything! The sea is within walking distance. The room is lovely. The dining room is nearby. The staff are friendly. One drawback - there are no kettles in the rooms. They say for fire safety reasons.

Overall, not bad. But to populate people in the building, which is still under construction, this is not entirely correct. It turns out that the hotel has 2 buildings, which are separated by a railway. This is not very convenient. Noisy enough because of this. There is a swimming pool only in the old building by the sea. The hotel has no special access to the sea, only general in essence. Lunches are...

Excellent hotel. Nice staff, everything is close by. Species rooms

This is a wonderful hotel! Located on the beach. The beach is huge, there are few people - the best place, that's what I was looking for. It is very cozy and comfortable here. The single room in which I stayed, overlooking the garden. With French balcony, spacious. The smell in the bathroom is good. Clean, comfortable. The area is small but well planned. Like a Garden of Eden, with lush exotic vegetation...

First day. The flight is normal. The hotel is right on the beach, which gives tangible benefits. Very quiet, even despite the train tracks nearby. Dinner is simple but food is healthy.

Large green area, clean pool, varied food. Noisy ventilation

Everything is gorgeous, amazing territory, the functionality of the sanatorium is not just huge, it amazes) every day of the event, despite the fact that February and there are not many people. The staff are amazing, competent, polite, and just all nice people. But a huge disadvantage is that an uncomfortable sleeping place is some kind of new invention, a woolen blanket and a sheet. Who knows - what...

A bit Soviet, but positive !!! There is everything you need for relaxation: procedures, swimming pools, saunas, a gym. And what air !!! You can't breathe it, but eat it !!! The choice of food is modest, but all dishes are offered. Balanced diet! There is animation for children too. We rested !!!!

Everything is good, great pool. But there are discrepancies in how to enter the territory. We usually come to the pool on Saturdays. I warn the reception that we are going, I leave the license plates, they tell me that there is no need to worry, they will start us, you just have to say that we are going to the pool. And for the second time, interrogation at the entrance and in addition to the pool...

Beautiful parkland, the sanatorium is surrounded by greenery. Also a large number of beautiful and well-groomed indoor plants. There are many recreation areas, there are also live bouquets on the tables. The landscaping service deserves special praise. The room is decent, a large bathroom with snow-white towels, good quality cosmetics for the shower. Comfortable mattresses. But the TV caused bewilderment...

Had a great weekend. Great animators. Pool. The territory is large and interesting. The choice of food is small, but you can live. The sea is far away

We stayed at the hotel with children. Absolutely loved everything!!!! Didn't want to leave!!! Warm and good, like at home! Everyone is very friendly!!! The rooms are great, the dining room is delicious! The sea is close. And as an alternative in bad weather, there are swimming pools. From where, by the way, you can’t get the children out)))) And in the evening the animator comes and the children jump...

The main advantage of this hotel is its owners, empathetic and sympathetic. They solve the arisen problems quickly. Administrator Olya is attentive, she will always show and prompt. The rooms, although basic, are always clean. The yard is green and well maintained. There is a playground, inside a small playroom, three clean pools, animals, fish. The hotel dining room is inexpensive, everything is delicious...

Good evening! We went together with my husband and had a great rest. There were many families with children, but this was not a hindrance to rest in the morning and at night. Nearby there is where to relax and dance. I want to say a huge thank you to the owners of this complex. They are amazing people, they will tell you everything, tell you where to go, where to relax, I also want to mention the cuisine...

Nice atmosphere, cozy and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Very beautiful nature around and on the territory of the hotel. There is a dining room. They cook deliciously, barbecue and fish on the grill in the evening. Several swimming pools on site, one in the open air with sun loungers for relaxation, the room matches the description, clean. There is a garden on several levels, great. The city center...

From the first minutes you are greeted by a pleasant architecture and an unusual fauna. For kids, just paradise! Starting from the playground, ending the evening gatherings with the animator; contests, theme parties, kids just scream. Clean kitchen, cook a very tasty, varied menu. There is a garden where there is a brazier, for general use, round the clock. Three pools. Cleaned really every day, he...

Great place to stay in a five-minute walk from the sea. All for families with children. Lots of greenery, swimming pool, living area. The proximity of a nudist beach. 3 stops from the city centre. Easy check for cars.

Definitely for couples with children (not very young). Proximity to the sea, own cafe, silence, near the forest (sounds of birds and insects, the smell of freshness). Choice of dishes the day before. Fresh and homemade. On the summer terrace there are tables for both cafe visitors and those who come with their own, there is a microwave oven, titanium with hot water. Lighting of the territory in all...

Very cozy and tidy mini-hotel. Nearby equipped beaches with all the necessary infrastructure, to the center of Lazarevskoye 20 minutes on foot. The road to the beach and back allows you to be in shape)

A great place for a quiet family holiday! Very hospitable and friendly hosts. We were immediately shown the way to the beach, told all the nuances of the rest. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a clean swimming pool on the territory, which is very good for children. There are sun loungers nearby. In general, we really, really liked it. Recommended!

Very hospitable hosts, helpful staff. We really liked everything, Thank you for everything. Prosperity and All Good

A very beautiful place! On the territory of the park there is a beautiful lake, in it swans swim - though they saw only one, geese, ducks. There are covered seating areas with tables and benches. Gazebos. Fresh clean air!

A good resting place with its own well-groomed green area in log houses. Good buffet meals, you can choose breakfast or 3 meals a day. Pool with clean cool water, heated children's pool. There is a bathhouse for a fee. Nice, quiet rooms overlooking the pool. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so in the evening and in the morning there are many mosquitoes in the room (with the window open)....

On the one hand, a good place - a large area, rooms are cheaper, there are spacious, more expensive, buffet, which is not often found on our coast, a relatively civilized beach with free sun loungers, awning, freshwater showers, etc. It can be seen that they are trying to be cool, albeit a kind of institution. On the other hand, there are a lot of shortcomings that are obvious and strange that they...

Restaurant Pasternak HORROR - minus 5 stars !!!!! The hotel itself is GREAT with a very pleasant green area, the deluxe rooms are large, air-conditioned, cozy. But, one big fat minus is the parsnip restaurant, a tired boy waiter, unfortunately there was no badge, forgot to bring part of the order, the wait was 1 hour 15 minutes, with half empty, God forbid, a third full restaurant, the dishes were...

Gorgeous place with styled houses and own territory and facilities including swimming pool, volleyball yard, restorant, sauna, etc.

Well equipped recreation area on a small lake. There is a ton of entertainment for children and adults. Gazebos, restaurant, fishing. Unfortunately, nothing works in winter, but there is no information about it ...

We are staying in Phoenix. The manager explained everything and showed everything. The rooms are spacious, clean. We will have a great rest. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

We express our gratitude to the administrator Elena! Very responsive and kind! Thanks! Although my friend and I spent a day there, we were left under a good impression! Cozy room, great and well-kept courtyard and pool!

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel. In general, everything is fine, except for the noisy neighbors. We lived on the 1st floor, they immediately warned that there were no tips on the 1st floor. The pool is warm and the kids have fun. We were suddenly surprised by a small performance and entertainment for children with prizes. Nice.

The price matches the quality. They offered two room options to choose from, the administrator was not very sociable. Parking is paid 200 rubles per day. The room has a towel, shampoo and disposable soap. A couple of glasses, some plates. But the floor and bedside tables don't seem to remove the word at all.... We stayed overnight at the end of March, it was quiet and calm.

A very cool hotel, but if the windows overlook the mountains, on the north side, in short, when the sun is not in the room all day) On each floor there is a cooler from the mountains / cold, an ironing board with an iron. Great pool, heating is not turned on in summer, it seems like, but it’s not cold to swim in the evening, so it can get a little warm. Wi-Fi catches well, worked on the balcony of...

Cosy. There are child seats. There is a suspicion that they are selling something that they could not sell the day before, judging by the appearance of some dishes. Prices are slightly higher than similar restaurants.

Great place for a delicious meal! I want to pay special attention to breakfast! Gorgeous cheesecakes and Napoleon!

A very good establishment. Tasty food. The price is very democratic. They ate there all the time. The food is fresh, the staff is friendly.

Okay prices, I was surprised that there are never any salads, and what is - such a small portion that you need to take three to feel it. The girls at the distribution are good, the cashier is not very good. You can fill your belly, but without benefit and without pleasure.

I came here with my family, to be honest, having visited other canteens in the village, I didn’t really expect anything, but I was surprised. The staff is polite and smiling, the choice of food is huge, and everything is very tasty, and most importantly, the tray and plates are removed for all customers, we will definitely be back.

Excellent! Nice and beautiful hotel, clean, very friendly and helpful hotel staff, wonderful breakfast for both children and adults, in a swimming pool with a relaxation area. I liked the location of the hotel

Nice hotel, clean heated pool, swimming as the sea was cold, tasty food, like a buffet, a choice and varied food. I advise, and not far from the sea. The staff is polite.

Very cool place! We spent our honeymoon absolutely gorgeous at this hotel! The staff is very friendly! Delicious breakfasts await you every morning and a warm pool! We will definitely come back only here!

Insanely great. Great rooms. Clean and warm pool. Delicious breakfasts. Kind staff. Own parking. All perfectly. No but.

Great hotel, I liked absolutely everything, the administrator Julia is very tactful, friendly, she thanks a lot, the rooms are clean, there are no problems with water, the air conditioning works well, every day cleaning, a beautiful clean pool. Breakfast is included in the price, you can also have lunch and dinner, everything is very tasty at home, special thanks to the cook Armina for her efforts...

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Everything is new, clean, flat TV, and other pleasures of life. The pool is small but nice and heated. To the sea 15-20 minutes on foot.

Excellent hotel, has everything. The pool is open until 11:00 PM, which is a big plus, and it's warm and large. There are no pool rules. The rooms are cozy and spacious. There's a good refrigerator. There's a kettle, slow cooker, microwave, and water cooler on the floor.

Thanks to the hotel staff! We had a wonderful family vacation, our three-year-old was very happy, and so were we! Every day there are activities for children and adults! There's a play area! Everything is always clean, the staff is very friendly, and you feel right at home. There are generally accepted hotel rules, and everyone follows them, which guarantees order (WELL DONE, the management!). The...

We stayed with our 12-year-old child in July 2023 and loved the hotel! We had a standard room, in a wooden mini-building. The service was worth the price! People are talking about a hairdryer and slippers)) Get ready!! Otherwise, everything is clean and cozy! The grounds are nice, and the huge pool is a plus. I didn't really like the dining room, but that's not a deal-breaker; there are plenty of competitors...

First class hotel with a warm pool! Convenient location. Shops, a water park, the center literally a stone's throw away. 15 minutes walk from the sea. Rooms with all conveniences. Bright, clean, with a balcony and a beautiful view.

I was with my family at this hotel from 07/05/15/07. We were very satisfied !!! Cleanliness! Liked the mattresses new and very comfortable. I also want to note the excellent sound insulation, which is very important for a normal holiday. Timely cleaning - every 5th day. Spacious balconies. The attention of the staff, comfortable rooms, everything you need is present. Delicious homemade food in the...

We have been staying at this wonderful hotel for several years now. The rooms are clean - cleaning was done on request (for 10 days we were cleaned twice, but we didn’t need more). The hosts are very hospitable, polite, responsive, non-confrontational people - always ready to compromise. The staff is attentive, kind and responsive. Comfortable rooms with a shower (soap and shampoo are provided for...

We rested with a large family in this hotel for two wonderful weeks, and would have stayed even longer if the work allowed. We express our gratitude to all the hotel staff, a huge human THANKS to you! Although the hotel is budget friendly, it is clean, bright and cozy. The whole area is landscaped with palms, trees and flowers, just BEAUTY. The staff are all intelligent and educated people, they were...

To begin with, everything in the photo is fresh and beautiful; in fact, the interior and furniture are tired and in need of repair. - Of the promised strollers, not one is not a worker, besides, they are terribly dirty, hardly anyone would want to put their children there. - The distance to the sea is decent, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest beach. Yes, there is a shuttle to several...

We really enjoyed. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect place. If you are traveling with children, then you will not find a better place.

We rested in the second half of June 2021. Great place, friendly and helpful staff. The territory is green, equipped with tents, a bar, a dining room, a swimming pool. Scooters, bicycles, strollers are provided free of charge. To the sea on foot about 20 minutes, but there is also a free shuttle. The rooms are also comfortable, there is TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, table, bedside tables, in general...

Very cozy, nice staff, the sea is almost under the balcony👍

An excellent place, but it is better to take a room with windows to the courtyard, less noise, better rest.

Clean, comfortable, close to the sea.

Were out of season, it so happened, the hotel itself is a sweet, polite and friendly hostess. To the sea 50 m. The room is good. And from the minuses, while they were never cleaned the room ((, but apparently in the summer, when there are a lot of people, I hope differently. There is a kitchen, but in the evening, when we wanted to warm the food, the Uzbek family was cooking there, so it was somehow...

The hotel is good the only bad machine on the road is close to the sea 20 meters near everything we liked.

I would like to highlight and thank you for the prompt and conscientious service of the waiters of the Caucasus restaurant! Recently, in other cafes, I came across some kind of slow, sluggish staff, so in contrast, this was very striking. I ordered khachapuri and soup here, I liked it, cooked well, very tasty! The atmosphere is wonderful, the mood has risen after dinner with you! Thanks for all!

A wonderful restaurant, I like to be here when I come to Sochi. I am wildly delighted with live music, and here in the evenings there are singers and musicians, just a delight for the ears. The kitchen is not inferior to musical accompaniment, the menu is good, there is plenty to choose from. I mostly take meat dishes - they are always tasty and juicy. The service is also superb, the waiters know their...

I visit this restaurant once a week. With every visit, every time I get better and better. The hospitality, service is 10/10 here, and I note that it is a ten point. I like the quality of service, the attention of the waiters, the friendliness. The setting is very pleasant, the music is nice, all the staff are very nice. I really like the ribeye, very tasty, their pork kebab is very tasty, I have tried...

I visit this restaurant once or twice a month. I like grilled dishes, pastries, hot dishes are also good, vodka is very tasty. The menu is great and good. The waiters treat the guests well. I can note the good quality of service and the speed of serving dishes. The atmosphere is great. You can drink, and have a snack, and dance, relax your soul. I like everything.

The location is good for families. The vey has a car that delivers to the beach, there are recreation areas on the territory. And most importantly, ecology.

Great place to stay with kids. Good cuisine, animation programs with children in the open air. The only minus, to the sea is 20 minutes on foot, but they take a minibus from the hotel.

Wonderful. Just what you need for a family with children. Sea, nature, wonderful cuisine and hospitality of the hosts.

The area is large and well appointed. Meals at home, soups, cereals, omelets, scrambled eggs, salads, casseroles. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and free pool in the early morning :))) To the sea 15 minutes. In the boarding house from May to September there is not a single free space, i.e. there shouldn't be any problems with money, but the boarding house is very ushatan, I mean the rooms. The mattresses...

Beautiful. purely. cosy. the rooms are not overly fancy, but the grounds make up for it. optimal for the price

Excellent hotel. Everything is clean, comfortable and tastefully done. Nice design, new snow-white fluffy towels, white linen. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about cleaning. . Will definitely return to Seventh Heaven!

I liked the cleanliness in the rooms, not a single speck of dust anywhere. The corridors are worse, but you can understand that the end of the season and everything requires cosmetic repairs. For its price, the option is ideal. Everything is close, to the beach 5 minutes, to the station 10.

We rested in July 2019 at the Seventh Heaven Hotel. The unequivocal advantage is the location of the hotel, firstly, there is no need to climb the mountain, which is typical for most hotels in the village, and secondly, Magnit and Pyaterochka are within walking distance. The road to the sea takes 5-7 minutes for adults without children, but this time flies by unnoticed, because you have to go through...

I was here in July 2018. Very decent: spacious room, comfortable beds, very clean tap water, powerful air conditioning, heated floor in the shower. Special thanks to the cook of the local restaurant: everything is very tasty and without "bad" aftertastes. We ate 2 weeks 3 times a day - the stomach did not hurt even once

At the end of August of this year, a family rested for a week in this hotel. In general, everything is not bad, a good room, with amenities and a balcony on the 4th floor. The room was cleaned in our absence, the trash was taken out. After three days of stay, the maid girl came and said that we had a change of linen and towels today. We had meals included. The food is so-so. Breakfast cereals were...

Very cool hotel. The staff are polite and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the location of the hotel is ideal: close to the train station, to the park, to the sea. Very tasty food in the dining room)

Great rest, close to the beaches, for every taste!

Great, we have been resting for the fifth year in a row

Center of the village. Close to the sea, 10 ~ 15 minutes on foot. There is a dining room, reasonable prices, the menu is poor. Shops are also not far away, there is 5, a magnet, many pharmacies, a cinema, a museum, a market, shopping center Turquoise with many departments. The rooms are well maintained with a balcony, albeit small, or without. For residents who came to rest and accustomed to the noise...

Nice hotel. Everything is very clean. There are no odors. We fell asleep at home))). Excellent staff and quality of service !! Special thanks to the administrator Olga !!!! Very attentive and sensitive! The best admin I've ever met !!! Thank her so much !!! I will advise everyone to this hotel.

Cozy rooms, polite staff, always ready to help. High quality room cleaning. Convenient location, everything is within walking distance.

Cozy rooms, polite staff, always ready to help. High quality room cleaning. Convenient location, everything is within walking distance.

A wonderful sanatorium. But I didn't.

A wonderful sanatorium. But I didn't.

Comfortable. Everything is in quick accessibility.

Close to the sea, the hotel is excellent.

From the long road, at first everything was tasty, but after that there was no interest, the dishes were monotonous. All meat is semi-finished products. Flies crawl on dishes, the staff do not care.

I really liked it. A varied menu, clean, affordable prices. The staff is friendly. We went to other dining rooms, this is the best.

Good cafe. A varied menu. Adequate prices. A lot of seats. Everything is clean and tidy. I recommend it. 👍

Fine. It's March, there are few people. Generally, great. For the number of stars, let the experts evaluate the hotel, but it suits me. In room shower, toilet and washbasin. Number of seats 2 + 1. At the reception constantly someone there. Near the street. Victory and a lot of all the cafes and canteens, as well as all sorts of shops with the resorts of goods and not only. To the embankment not far...

The sanatorium has recently been renovated, everything looks very decent. Very comfortable beds, pillows, blankets. All rooms with balcony and sea view. Very close location to the sea, it pleases, there is a territory on the shore with sun loungers, awning, umbrellas. There is also a tiny dressing room. The closest toilet is in the passage. In terms of procedures, everything is relative, but in general...

I have recovered in this sanatorium for the fourth time. If not for the pandemic, it would have been the fifth time. I buy a ticket in advance. I like almost everything: close distance to the sea. The food is excellent. Diverse. You don't have time to get hungry. The rooms are clean. In addition to the sun and the sea, you can improve your health in the sanatorium itself (physiotherapy, therapeutic...

Sanatorium turquoise with different buildings on social services people say that you can live there. We took mom and son a comfort room. We didn’t have a rest on social services. We had a wonderful rest. The staff are excellent. Housekeeping is excellent. The food is excellent. The treatment is also good. From the railway, not far away 10min. To the sea to the beach, descent steps Everything is within...

The hotel is in excellent condition. The staff is trying. Cleanliness, beauty all around: flowers, figurines and so on. The children's play area is a huge plus. And the elevator is very important. Furniture is like new. The bedding is white, the towels are fluffy. The balconies are big. View of the sea and mountains at the same time. Like a fairytale. Yes, the road is noisy. But if you close the windows...

Convenient location, not the very center, but starting from the hotel and towards the center along Pobeda street, you can buy absolutely everything you need, almost the 1st line, across the road (Lazareva street is very heavy traffic) the railway, and behind it the beach dolphin. The hotel is located, as it were, between the streets and there is an entrance from both the one and the other street. Accommodation...

Nice rooms, clean, new furniture. Bed linen is changed every 3 days. Good view from the window. Survey lift. Minus the dining area. Despite the cleanliness and restaurant design, the food is tasteless. Juice is diluted with water, milk porridge is not milky at all, chicken lula is very clogged. Minus a star for the dining room.

Very decent hotel, friendly staff. For me, the MOST IMPORTANT thing was proximity to the sea) Although the address of the Hotel is located on the street. Victory, in fact, the exit-entrance goes to the street. Lazareva, including, from where to the beach "Dolphin" exactly two steps))) Room cleaning every three days, without any warnings and requests from guests, this is not unimportant !!! If you are...

Very pleasant guest house. All new. I will note the bed, we were given a room with a new comfortable mattress. My husband has a bad back, so it was important for us. Friendly and helpful staff. When renting, the rooms even lost a little in price. To the sea 3min. Near Magnet and canteens where you can eat inexpensively and tasty. The car was parked in the underground parking, it has 10 seats. A place...
