Bogema-Premium Butik-Hotel in Gelendzik

Rested at the hotel in July 2021. Booked in 2020 a room for 9 thousand rubles / day, in the summer of 2021 - 19500 / day. They defended their price after long discussions with the staff (who threw responsibility on each other and were not competent), but they got a simpler number.
The advantage of this establishment is its excellent location. The rooms are clean, but the hotel has sooo many cockroaches, quite well-fed. The photos on the sites, as the staff said, are not true, because they "wanted to show the hotel beautiful and took photos in 3D". The pool is small, comfortably it can accommodate 1 family of 2 adults and 2 children.
Breakfast (included in the payment): dumplings with potatoes, dumplings, fried potatoes, fried chicken, scrambled eggs, pancakes and cheese cakes (when the heat is above 36 degrees, just a very "light" breakfast). The food is delicious, but when you think about well-fed cockroaches, your appetite disappears and, in my opinion, breakfast should be light and healthy. The room has a kettle and 4 tea bags, coffee must be poured during breakfast and water must be taken from the tap. The cooler can only be used during breakfast.
It can be seen that the owners of the hotel tried to do something more or less decent, but the hotel staff (administrators) should have been either trained or replaced.
There is a paid parking lot at the hotel, it is small and the administrators constantly call with a request to come up and try to put the cars more tightly so that new tourists can find a place.
Since you declare yourself "bohemian" and even "premium", so be so kind as to correspond to the declared one. I appreciate comfort and quality, but somehow it didn't work out here.
Recommend to friends and will not return to this hotel.
