We rested with my wife in September. We decided not to save money and chose a suite (7800 rubles per night). The hotel is not bad, the room is large, two rooms and two toilets (one with a shower, the other with a jacuzzi bath). Good view from the window, 4-5 minutes to the sea. There is a small swimming pool on the 6th floor, but there is often wind, so they practically did not use it. The staff is polite, cleaned in a timely manner. Now about the cons: in the mornings (at 6 o'clock) it is very noisy, cars arrive, the engine does not turn off, sound signals are given. Open balconies (without side partitions) are very uncomfortable. There is a thick layer of mold around the edges of the bathroom. There is only one TV, it shows 8 channels, and the signal quality is so-so. It's time to do cosmetic repairs in the dining room, there is clearly not enough staff, the menu is the same and every day it is getting worse. It feels like the hotel is going through hard times.

From the outside, the hotel looks very cool, very attractive! But the room we were accommodated in is awful! The carpet is covered with stains of unknown origin, the curtains are dirty, there is dirt in the bedside tables! I had to go and ask for another number, while I want to notice the reservation was made as much as a month and a half before arrival! It was probably possible to properly prepare the number ?! I want to note that dear vacationers do not see rooms with a balcony and a sea view (only if you check in on floors 4 and higher, it is really visible there, but a view not only of the sea, but also of the washerwoman of the Welcoming Coast boarding house, where Their workers rest around the clock and relax, for example, it is not very comfortable on the balcony during the day!), initially we were settled on the 3rd floor and the view of the sea was such that it became funny, one small strip, to which we were told: "But the sea is visible ! "" And for this you overpay by the order of 10,000 thousand rubles, but oh well! We were relocated to the 4th floor with a cleaner room without any problems! Go ahead, it says there is a water cooler on each floor, in fact it was only on the 3rd floor! My child drank water there, on the next. the day went to bed with poisoning and everything attached to it, I tried this miracle of water and almost vomited (sorry for such a pun, I can't say otherwise)! There is also an opinion that he could sip on water in the pool, by the way, they don't wash him, just like they don't care for him! So, of course, there are no complaints about him, a beautiful view, sun loungers, a lobby bar (in which for some reason they sell incomprehensible beer in bottles (while the production of the city of Klin, no variety, etc.) the balcony did not work, the master had to be called already twice! In general, we are angry, we did not sleep, but here one after another! There is no shade about the maids, they are very respectful, kind, they clean every day, bed linen every three days, they vacuum and so on., in general, the girls are great! Regarding food, breakfasts are already included in the accommodation, but you can also take lunches and dinners if you wish, we took breakfasts and dinners! On the first day and on the second, breakfasts were canceled, a wide choice for any person, but starting from day 3 I did not see much variety, but everything is delicious, I got the impression that they make a great variety for breakfasts only when new people move in! Go ahead, dinners are just awful !!!! I'm not in met nowhere !!! And this is for that kind of money, and the hotel has no territory at all! For dinner, they constantly gave some kind of chicken (bite it off twice, by weight in general 100 grams, everything in fat, dumped everything that was not eaten at breakfast and lunch)! To which we were told, we immediately tell people that do not take dinners !!! Nothing of the kind was said to me! In general, in the end, we were offered to change dinners for lunches, we agreed! The dinners are a little better! But I recommend that you do not take any lunches or dinners, the overpayment is significant, and nearby there is a wonderful canteen "USSR", where the food is very good, the choice is large, the cost is reasonable! Regarding the sea, the hotel does not have its own beach, it is 10 minutes to the embankment, there are many different beaches, we went to the beach of the "Welcoming Coast", everything is paid, even to go to the toilet (20 rubles!) Friends, we went with a child! Spent 98,000 for three without a flight, my bottom line is that for this money it was possible to find a place a little better! For example, the same "Friendly Beach", where there is animation, a huge pool with slides, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, its own beach, and so on. Well, maybe overpay for it a little, we had to eat in the end in other places, but it would have turned out the same!
