Clean spacious rooms, great shower room, air conditioning, hotel pool.
Location: everything is within walking distance, 15-20 minutes walk to the central beach, the landmark "Lighthouse" is also close. There is a rocky beach next to it, walk for 5 minutes together with a descent. The beach itself was not very pleasant because of the large stones in the water.
There are also canteens near the hotel, food is good, a check for three is about 600-700 rubles with soups, a second and a salad.
To summarize: I liked the hotel very much, the most important thing is that it is not on the road, because of this, there is peace and quiet around.

At the hotel, the lights were constantly turned off, the staff raised their voices and were rude, there was no hot water, Perova time was not even given to guests with flashlights, the wi-fi works very badly and the staff also cannot solve this problem (rudely they say that they cannot do anything with to do this), the pool was almost always closed (when the pool was open, the water in it was icy, they refused to make the water warmer). Regarding the food in the omelet, I came across a hair. In general, the rooms look nice, but the staff can get nasty and do nothing for your pleasant stay

We lived as a family in this wonderful hotel, lived on the first floor in a large bright room, and nothing bothers us - no noise, music, etc. Many thanks to the kitchen for homemade delicious food, the children liked it) The whole territory is very clean and cozy, thanks to the maids, they are on the territory all day and they clean something)) I really liked the presence of a cooler, there is always hot water (you can drink tea, coffee ) and cold, it helps a lot!
The location of the hotel is very good, away from the hustle and bustle, which is great, and very close to the beaches. In addition, stops and shops are within a minute's walk. Separately, we would like to note the large and friendly team, very friendly and helpful employees headed by Olga - always with a smile, answer all questions, quickly respond to requests !!! Special thanks to the administrator Elena - a kind and helpful person!
What made this hotel very pleased is the location, daily cleaning of the rooms, daily cleaning of the pool, home cooking, cleanliness in everything, friendly people around! The hotel is not bad, but not for families with kids. Large spacious rooms, in the room: split, TV, bathroom, mini refrigerator, bedside tables, table, wardrobe. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, there are places to sit, both inside and outside. There is no kitchen for self-cooking, a barbecue for a fee, you can use an electric kettle and a microwave oven. The steps are huge in the hotel, not comfortable. The child is 2 years old, very tortured. But very nice staff, thanks to them.

We took a room on the fifth floor. Kettle in the room no. If you need boiling water, there was a carafe down on the first floor! Pool normal street. Near the pool is always a draft. The staff is nice, friendly. No Parking-the car remained on the sidelines. Rates for damage to property is fantastic. Paid barbecue area (1500 for something that'll fry a shish kebab).
