I do not recommend living or eating in this place. The hotel froze in 2000. The rooms are dirty. Weird breakfast situation. breakfast is included in the price, but in fact it is not. WiFi doesn't work. The restaurant is sad. We were served a heated kebab from an unknown animal and potatoes also warmed up in the microwave. Horse prices. The location is inconvenient. One star for the fact that this place exists at all, and the second for free parking.
Very decent and inexpensive place. Room with air conditioning for 1600, in my opinion excellent. And there is even the luxury of smoking rooms! 4 only because of the horse prices for food and its absence and a practically non-working bar.

Great hotel - brand new! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Prices are democratic from 1600 per room. The room has all the amenities - toothbrushes, slippers, towels, minibar. For rooms with such a price, this is a very big plus. There is also a banquet hall. Simply chic. Walked at a wedding - the decoration is excellent and there are a lot of places. I recommend.
Did not like. Noisy, very loud music until midnight. There is no separate parking. Lack of service. Raw numbers.
Bad plumbing. Rude attitude of the staff, the manager does not cope with his duties. The room stinks of salted fish and sewage. Prices on the site do not match reality. They do not know how to work with their application, as a result, they issue an additional invoice for paying for accommodation. The kitchen is disgusting.

The rooms are cozy, they have everything, but there is no quality of cleaning, age-old dust under the bed, dirty bed rugs under the mattress, empty condoms. We lived for several days, prices for 2 and 3 days increased by 300 rubles, while the rooms were not cleaned. The cafe is amazing with its prices. It seems like people are just trying to make more money.
