After three air flights a day, it was raining outside, the admin Inna (introduced herself by this name) informed me that the hotel had decided to accommodate other guests in my room. After a conversation at the reception, they promised to write a message through booking with a description of the situation, but in fact they simply indicated that I had not arrived. As they say, think for yourself whether it is worth contacting.
And, by the way, the location of this institution is a complete zh..pa: no shop, no cafe, but there is a stall - a shawarma (was closed).
