Mercure Sochi Centre in Sochi

A slightly belated review. I stayed in this wonderful place for a month and a half in 2014. We were a large, boisterous group of young people, sent on a business trip to this wonderful city. We were lucky enough to stay at this hotel (which I can't say enough about the staff, who made our stay as comfortable as possible). I still remember the care, comfort, and willingness to help with almost any issue. There were so many advantages, I can't list them all. The main ones were the attentive service, the delicious breakfast, the gym, the sauna, and the hammam. The view and location were excellent. An incredibly cozy and warm place!

It's a great hotel, like all Mercures. It's perfectly located and the rooms are nice. True, mine overlooked the road this time and was quite noisy, but that can't be helped.

One of the best places I've been. Very friendly girls at the front desk. Bathrobes, water, a corkscrew in the room are provided upon request. Our room is on the 9th floor. Great view of the sea and the city. SPA and FIT complexes are located in the Pullman Hotel, but guests of the Mercury Hotel can use only the pool for an additional fee. In fit water at room temperature and chilled, 2 types of lemonade (lemon and cucumber), towels sea view is gorgeous😍. In spa hammam and sauna 110 degrees. In the spa, there are bathrobes, towels, cosmetic accessories, washcloths.

Fabulous. Asked in advance for two separate beds in a room with a sea view. Provided. I asked for orthopedic pillows, they brought it in five minutes. Cleaning daily, change of bed linen every three days. Shampoos, gels, a hair cap, body lotion, tea, coffee, dry cream, two bottles of water (a kettle in the room) - everything was replenished. The breakfast is amazing. Freshly squeezed juices, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs on order, meatballs, etc. And what cheesecakes, I write a review and swallow saliva. Fresh fruits. Pineapple every day, nuts. You can take coffee with you. The food was also delicious at the pool area. The pools were heated at the end of October, towels are provided. It also has its own area on the beach by the sea. Thanks to the reception staff, kitchen workers, cleaners. To all who made the holiday unforgettable.

The hotel is gorgeous

Perfectly located, in the very center, private beach, in common with Pullman, go down to the beach by stairs, the stairs are comfortable, but still quite long. However, all the hotels in the center are so located. On the beach, sun loungers, towels, showers - everything is free for hotel guests. Quite a large pool, in the current situation you need to book in advance, for guests booking directly with the hotel, free of charge, those who book through aggregators - for an additional fee. They clean thoroughly, check the temperature at the entrance to the hotel, for breakfast, to the pool. The staff is friendly. The breakfast could have been better and more varied, but you won't leave hungry. Very good sound insulation - you can't hear your neighbors at all, you can't hear what's going on in the hallway, the doors are very powerful. Of the minuses, not even minuses, in such a wish for the hotel management - I asked for a clothes dryer in the room, they said they only had two for the whole hotel, well, it’s strange that people go to the sea several times a day - you need bathing accessories somewhere dry ... solve this issue.

A great place to relax in the summer, there is a heated outdoor pool and a private beach, The hotel has conference rooms for meetings.
