Grejs Gorizont Hotel in Sochi

+ We, from India visited Sochi as tourists. Hotel has exemplary staff, courteous, though we didn’t know Russian, we did not face any issues, even though our room didn’t have a window, room was comfortable for 2 of us. Room was maintained everyday. We chose breakfast only and all 5 days, breakfast was good even for my vegetarian wife. View from the restaurant balcony is beautiful, except for one day (drizzling) we chose to sit in the balcony for breakfast. Check in and check out super fast

Nice hotel. Spa is great, as I love water treatments. Near the sea.

Interesting place. We checked into several rooms with a group, all without windows. Mixed feelings. As if in a capsule. Complete isolation from the world, no extraneous sounds, but the oppressive feeling of loneliness does not leave. The service is excellent. Clean, comfortable, many pleasant 'hotel' details. Overall - satisfied

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would like to highlight the quality of the spa (my room included it) and the interior design. I also didn't regret taking earplugs, as it would have been hard to fall asleep without them. The hotel staff are generally very polite, and any problems were quickly resolved. The only unpleasant moment was the hostess at the restaurant on the 5th floor. At the reception, they told me that both restaurants were open until 10 pm. When I came to dine at 7 pm at this restaurant and politely asked if they were open, the girl in the pink suit looked me up and down and asked, "Who are you?" and without waiting for an answer, said that you can't. This situation really surprised me. I was also very pleased with the breakfasts - the food was delicious and varied. I really enjoyed having breakfast with a gorgeous view of the sea.

A completely new hotel on the coast of Sochi. So new that some construction work is still underway, but it is worth noting that this does not cause much inconvenience. A restaurant is being built on the roof, and we lived on the 1st floor. The room was perfectly clean and tidy, they cleaned it every day, even when we didn’t ask, all the supplies were replenished regularly and in full, so that in the end there was even nowhere to put them. Delicious buffet breakfasts, plus you can always order porridge and scrambled eggs in a frying pan. Although the hotel is on the first line and from our room the sea was within easy reach, in fact there is another hotel in front of the hotel, and to get to the beach you need to take the elevator to the roof (the faye is located on the 5th floor) and walk around the Grace Horizon building and again go down the steps to the beach. It would be great to have a faster way to transport guests to the beach. You should also take into account the proximity of the hotel to noisy cafes, bars and restaurants from which music can be heard until the morning.

I really liked the hotel, brand new, clean, everything was perfect on the third floor, the service was excellent, but after I returned from vacation and wrote a review on booking, the hotel changed the dates of my vacation. Three nights instead of six. I did not pay attention, I thought it was a booking glitch. And then I received a cashback from Tinkoff for booking through their service - two times less than I expected. Because Tinkoff takes dates from booking. And on booking, the hotel changed them. And since it all happened a month after the trip, it is no longer possible to contact the hotel through booking or write to support booking about this. Be careful, if this happens, contact the hotel directly! I am supplementing the review: the situation was resolved, the lost cashback was compensated, thank you very much for the excellent service! I will definitely come again!
