Excellent location in the center of Sochi. To the sea - 7 minutes walk along beautiful alleys.
There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The owner is very hospitable and friendly. The studio room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Particularly pleased with the presence of the kitchen, iron and ironing board. Sleep was comfortable. We lived on the first floor, it was quiet at night, it was calm in the yard. The price is low compared to hotel rooms nearby. Hopefully we'll be back here.

Good location near the center. Everything is in the house with a kitchen, there are all the necessary utensils, frying pans, knives, forks, even olive oil and pepper was found in the closet.

The place is very good, the owner is friendly. The price corresponds to the conditions, the housing is not new, but personally our family did not have any dissonance. Really convenient geography, everything is close by.

I like everything, very nice apartment and cozy. Outside, at the entrance to the building, there is beauty in general, a separate entrance. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. :) The room has a washing machine, a kitchen, a shower room, everything is convenient.

Great place to relax! Clean, comfortable, heating! Each room has its own exit. The rooms have a full kitchen. Very polite and courteous hosts. I advise everyone!!!
