The measures were done well, but long ago, if I could change some little things like rusty screws and old door handles, invest in professional cleaning, there would be no price. We rested for six days in the guest house! Everything is fine, especially the location) You can say the heart of Sochi! To the beach 5 minutes to go down, next to the Grand Hotel Zhemchuzhina with the best beach in town! The house itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay, new appliances, fresh renovation, clean, comfortable! On the ground floor there is a mini market with quite affordable...
Very cool place... I highly recommend it... There is a shop nearby, not far from the beach... Guys, workers are sincere people.... I recommend it.
