Oktyabrskiy Sanatorium

Oktyabrsky health resort is one of the most modern health resorts of Sochi, located in the district Mamayka, 500 m from the beach. The territory of the sanatorium is a Park with exotic plants and fountains, there is a private zoo and a water Park.

Location: 10 km from railway station of Sochi is 30 km from the airport of Adler, in 8 km from the centre of Sochi, in the Central district of Sochi.

Total area: 4 ha.

Beach: own pebble beach 500 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. Delivery van sanatorium on schedule.

Check-in 13.00, departure before 12.00.

Main building (7-storey, Elevator) and the case of No. 1-4 (2-storey cottages), designed for 300 beds.

Housing Villa (3-storey, with Elevator), located on private protected area.

In the cottage: dining room, living room, study, 4 double bedrooms (each with adjoining dressing room and balcony) surrounding the cottage is a terrace with sea views on each floor, 4 bathrooms with Jacuzzi. On the 3rd floor there is a lounge with Billiards (Russian Billiards), poker table, chess table and bar.

On site there is a bath complex (Finnish sauna, Russian bath, Turkish Hamam), two outdoor pools with hydro-massage:
