Oktyabrsky health resort is one of the most modern health resorts of Sochi, located in the district Mamayka, 500 m from the beach. The territory of the sanatorium is a Park with exotic plants and fountains, there is a private zoo and a water Park.

On the 3rd floor there is a lounge with Billiards (Russian Billiards), poker table, chess table and bar.
