It's the second time we've stayed in Alean and Sochi resort is somewhat different from Anapa's 4 star resort and... better in some ways. Food is definitely better. Staff are more friendly. Management is more accommodating, having moved us from second to 16th floor, upon request. It is smaller, but also feels less crowded. Even after the flooding disaster, they've worked very hard to restore all services...
Great place for families with children. Lots of activities and entertainment options. Staff was always very kind and eager to solve questions or doubts.
