I am from Kursk, but I live in the Oryol region. Since 1980 it was interesting to see.

Very noisy. Sensitive walls and floors - you hear doors slamming all day and night, neighbours watching TV and showering, kids running around, loud parties and music from the ballroom and also from outside the building... Staff unwilling to serve breakfast after 9. If you need a good rest better bring earplugs- and maybe your own mattress too if you don’t like to feel the springs inside.

Not a new hotel ... it has a past ... there is a lot of space inside and out ... But it is difficult to maintain it ...

Probably 10 years ago was fine, but now the room is all old. In my case, the window behind him, the balcony and the access to it from another room.

The hotel is situated in a pine grove. As a consequence, silence, clean air and a beautiful view from the window. Delicious food.

Overall it's great. Beautiful large area, beautiful entrance hall, beautiful girl at the front Desk, Breakfast buffet. But the room had not seen repair. Carpet stained, the back is the bed broken, bathroom of the 90-ies.

Perfect place. Inexpensive. He lived in a simple single room. All you need: kettle, TV, refrigerator - everything is there. Quiet, calm, view from the window to the pine trees. The room rate can include breakfast and dinner (possibly lunch, but I didn't need it). Friendly staff.
