Quite a good hotel. Was only one night. I didn’t have time to enjoy either the sauna or the gym, but in any case, it’s nice to have them, it’s still a rarity. Breakfast - buffet. In my opinion, there is everything you need and even a little more. The room has normal plumbing and a comfortable bed. Soundproofing is mediocre. Overall, the price / performance ratio is good.
Everything is very high quality. Perhaps in some places the furniture feels like it was not yesterday from the store. But clean. The staff works for 10 points out of 5. The chef in a restaurant is something unique. In Moscow, with a price tag 3 times higher, I have not tasted it tastier
I liked the hotel. Special thanks to the guy-waiter from the restaurant where we had breakfast. Very polite, he told and showed everything. Our room was a family room, clean, good linen. I liked the sauna, but if I hadn’t asked, no one would have said that I could use it.

On October 9, 2021, we celebrated a wedding in the banquet hall on the first floor. The event was held at the highest level. The hall was beautifully decorated, the food was very tasty. Special thanks to the waitresses. I advise everyone to visit this place.

Perfect place. Inexpensive. He lived in a simple single room. All you need: kettle, TV, refrigerator - everything is there. Quiet, calm, view from the window to the pine trees. The room rate can include breakfast and dinner (possibly lunch, but I didn't need it). Friendly staff.
The hotel is situated in a pine grove. As a consequence, silence, clean air and a beautiful view from the window. Delicious food.
Overall it's great. Beautiful large area, beautiful entrance hall, beautiful girl at the front Desk, Breakfast buffet. But the room had not seen repair. Carpet stained, the back is the bed broken, bathroom of the 90-ies.

The hotel is wonderful, good location, large rooms with interesting ideas, of course grandiose ideas were planned (about 10 years ago), I think one of the crises prevented the completion of plans for the reconstruction of the hotel, but I believe that this will happen and the Oktyabrskaya hotel will become the best in Kursk
I lived in this hotel back in September 2013. Well what can I say about the changes. And what has changed ... NOTHING! Except for the entrance group. It so happened that they provided the same number as last time. The room is just huge! For such money, I have not seen such numbers in any city of Russia! But! The TV is the same. The bed is the same. The mattress is normal. The underwear is snow-white...

For me the Prestige is one of the best hotels in the city. Cozy atmosphere in the building and in the rooms, live music, great food. And if all this is to complement a convenient location, great staff and absolutely adequate to the price tag - it's hard to find something similar for the number of "pros".

Were there at the wedding. The place is really beautiful, the food is tasty, there are places for an independent picnic in the apple orchard. After the celebration, stayed there for the night. The room is cozy, clean, there are no problems with hot and cold water + to those who were in front of it in a restaurant, a discount of 500 rubles per room.

We regularly come to fry barbecue and swim in the river. For a company of 5 people, a gazebo costs only 1000 rubles and we rest until the very night. Polite and pleasant staff will always help you find a way out of any situation.
