I left a reservation request online for a month. No one called back. I called the next day. They found the request, and Madame Dilya called back. She explained everything, and I said I was checking in the day after tomorrow. She sent the details to WA. But on the day of my arrival, it turned out there was no reservation in my name. They couldn't resolve the situation—either by phone or in person at reception—but they politely sent me away everywhere. They said Dilya was on vacation! I had to just rent a room for a day—overpaying (!)—to avoid being left homeless. The organization was terrible. Don't bother!

I can't even find the words to describe this place.
We stayed at the Valo Mercure and specifically booked a room with a bathtub, but weren't expecting the swampy, yellow water.
The air conditioner was noisy all night, which, of course, made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
In the morning, I contacted reception, and they sent a technician who verbally confirmed all the violations and insisted that they couldn't fix the problems, as they couldn't clean the riser (meaning the water was dirty on all floors).
They offered to upgrade us to a room without a bathtub, which, of course, didn't suit us (a room with a bathtub was our priority).
They asked for a refund for the night (without any additional compensation), but only through a complaint and a lawyer. They asked for a report on the recorded violations, only with the police.
I didn't want to waste another day, and after a bad night's sleep and showering in dirty water, I had no energy to call the police or Rospotrebnadzor. This is the first time I've encountered such a "service," and I'm amazed at how it all works.
