Tsar Palace Luxury Hotel & SPA in Pushkin

+ The hotel is super elegant and luxurious. Staffs were helpful and helped us getting the tickets for Mariinsky Theatre.
- Only few staffs could understand English. But did worked it around with translator app.

Everything is great without exception. Clean beautiful rooms, delicious food, helpful staff. There is a library. We will come back again when the Spa is open

We love coming here, the warm and sincere service is always pleasing, the rooms are varied, quality cosmetics, each floor has its own exhibition, so always take different floors if you come often or with a group. The breakfasts are gorgeous, the most delicious pastries, scrambled eggs to order (they don't make them quickly, order them right away)), you won't regret it, well, champagne and beer with chips for those who like to start the day... and then to the spa. There was a case when my son choked and threw up in the pool, while I was worried about how to catch it, something sucked it all up in 30 seconds!!! This is the kind of cleaning system that's why you won't find hair in the pool, 4 types of hydromassage, it's a pity the counter-current only worked once, but there are a lot of entertainments. They offer water and the nicest thing is hair ties, they even give out robes to children. Lots of massages. There are fresh juices, you have to order them from the waiter))) The window into the atrium adds warmth and coziness, the second to last time there was a window into winter and then into the atrium, a feeling of celebration, everything sparkles, a Christmas tree

Excellent hotel. Rooms, service at the highest level. The main thing is that it is clean everywhere. The restaurant is delicious. There is parking. The SPA is just great. The hamam is beyond praise. I do not recommend the Russian steam room, you can not step on the stones, and without this, what kind of Russian bathhouse is it?

The hotel is good, the rooms are clean. Large. The plumbing is not dead. The breakfast is also good, there is everything your heart desires. No frills, but decent. The spa is also soulful. There weren't many people. There is underground parking.

The chic hotel will amaze you with its splendor. We were amazed! A very nice girl met at the reception, settled very quickly, walked to the elevator, advised which park to visit along the way. It was important - in Pushkin with tourist purposes for the first time. We went into a standard room and at first thought that we were given a suite! But no, they have such a huge standard .. The room is very comfortable, I didn’t want to leave at all. The bed is huge, I pay attention, with an orthopedic mattress! The bathroom has a shower and a large bath, you want to dive into it and drink wine. There is also a window between the room and the bathroom, which is very interesting! The window can be "closed" with a single flick of the switch. There is a very soft carpet on the floor, it would seem a trifle, but you get real pleasure from the fact that the foot is buried in it. I liked riding in the elevator, the views of the chandelier are mesmerizing, it is from ceiling to floor. In the evening we went to the spa. Oh, you will be surprised, and there everything is of the highest standard! Huge pool with very fun underground massagers. True, we did not use additional services. And the sauna could have been hotter. I love it hot! It's hot in the hammam. Honestly, an hour and a half was not enough! Alas, all pleasure comes to an end. Breakfast will please not only bacon and sausages, but also guacamole, artichokes, red fish, nuts (for squirrels), pancakes and ... drum roll ... CHAMPAGNE! I write, I remember and I want to return again. Yes, they left the room minute by minute, they even forgot that they wanted to look at the Catherine Palace and the Cameron Gallery - in one place the best examples of baroque and Palladian classicism. But, you know, I didn’t want to leave this palace at all, believe me! If you are tempted in bourgeois rest, overseas service and you are already bored, take a chance, try the royal one!

I recommend to everyone. Great service. Really imperial design. Few spa treatments fall short. Well .... our low demand is objectively to blame here.
