Very nice hotel, the ratio price-quality??
Quiet, clean, good Breakfast, Wi Fi without interruption, all the amenities. And most importantly ,located in the center, which is very convenient , near everything. Thanks to the hotel staff , maids very polite and helpful

- The Air conditioner was not cooling properly and I reported this issue to the reception team at least twice without any improvement so if you a person can’t sleep with A/C I don’t recommend also they have another issue the phone in room are not working properly I had to go down all the time for anything I need…general the staff are good but there is an issue with the system.

- Но в этот раз все пошло не так. Бронировала через Островок. Бесплатная отмена до 14.00. Я приехала в 12.00, хотела оставить чемодан и ехать по делам. Мария сказала, что номер готов. Я оплатила и поднялась в номер. Оказался не тот номер. Я просто оставила чемодан и спустилась ( даже руки не помыла) Оказалась,что я сама перепутала при бронировании. Я сразу сказала, что хочу уехать, т.к. за предлагаемую доплату были лучше отели и время бесплатной отмены ещё есть, но мне сказали, что за одни сутки мне деньги не вернут. На вопрос почему, мне сказали, что надо было за сутки. Как за сутки,если время до 14.00 почти два часа? Короче, мурыжили 2,5 часа и пришлось остаться на сутки. Справедливости ради нужно сказать, что я сама не внимательно посмотрела вид из окна на фото, но я считаю, что отель пошел на принцип. Значит перед оплатой ,в этом отеле, надо смотреть номер, чтобы не было неприятностей.

- The smell of the whole hotel is unbelievably bad the staff acknowledged the bad smell and said we are working to have it fixed. But left the hotel and was not fixed

- There were no hooks to hang your clothes when you enter the room. The A/C was out of function, and since the room was on the sunny side it made the room very warm.

+ It's very central in terms of Nevsky prospect, and it is therefore close to public transport such as metro and busses. Very calm and quite area, clean streets. The hotel was clean, the room was very clean. They changed towels everyday. Very thorough cleaning service. Great spacious room.- There were no hooks to hang your clothes when you enter the room. + Quiet location yet walking distance to the train station and active roads. Excellent breakfast and customer service. Spacious room & toilet. I simply loved it and highly recommend it 👌😍 Excellent breakfast 👌 Very spacious room and nice round shower. However, tub water needed more filtering. Clean & neat 👌- Tiny trash bin. No USB points.
