- The hotel staff is careless with registration of visas. So if you are a foreigner be very careful. In case your visa is not registered, then you face penalties and fines and an administrative strike, two of which could lead to a ban from Russia. Please insist on getting your visa registered on day 1 or the careless staff will make some excuse. Please note that they violate Russian law when they don't do this simple process.

The most pleasant impressions and memories were left by the hotel (14-17.08.23). Clean, comfortable, friendly, polite, unobtrusive. So many attractions within walking distance. Would like to come back here again. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay - from soap accessories to a coffee machine with coffee and cream. There is luggage storage. The breakfast buffet is much stronger than the Italian 4 *. Receptionist - cool girls! I would like to say special thanks to Daria M., who helped organize the delivery of the bouquet to the birthday girl's room on 08/16/2023. It was very pleasant that she treated this issue very responsibly and with soul. It is hard to imagine that next time we will choose another hotel. Now Peter's hospitality is associated with your hotel. Keep it up!

Very nice small pleasant hotel. Comfortable and cozy, close to the center. The only negative is a very bad spa, you can not count on it ...
