The hotel is very cozy! Small and comfortable! Upon check-in, the receptionist politely offers champagne, tea, or coffee. We had a suite with a balcony overlooking Nevsky Prospect! The view is gorgeous! Of course, it's a bit noisy with the door open. But when the door is tightly closed, the noise is practically inaudible! The curtains are very thick. So the white nights didn't interfere with sleep. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The breakfasts are amazing! Everything is homemade and delicious! By the way, they also offer a glass of champagne in the morning! 😅 Yes, upon check-in, we received a complimentary bag from the hotel: a bottle of St. Petersburg pepper vodka, low-alcohol sea buckthorn liqueur, and a jar of salted caramel. By the way, they make everything themselves! They also have fermented baked milk, yogurt, and smoothies for breakfast, all of their own production! The room is cleaned and towels are changed daily. The room even has a small library of Russian books. Classics! ☝Overall, I'm delighted with the hotel! I recommend it to everyone!!!🤩

The hotel left the best impression. We stayed with our children, and everyone was happy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy, with everything you need (toiletry kit, robes, slippers, iron, etc.). Special thanks to the restaurant staff: Pavel and Viktor provide excellent service! The breakfasts are delicious, and you can also have lunch and dinner, with a menu that suits everyone. The children loved the "Chocolate Fondant." We'll definitely stay here again.

A wonderful hotel in a convenient location with delicious breakfasts. I stayed here at the end of July with my two children, a 10-minute walk from the train station. We were checked in as soon as we arrived in the morning, and the kids were treated to Kinder eggs. The room was clean and cozy, with a view of Nevsky Prospekt and comfortable windowsill cushions for gazing at the city. The breakfasts were excellent, and the dinner was also excellent. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were very attentive and helpful, offering advice, showing people around, telling stories, and helping them out. They were very friendly and helpful. Thank you! A truly excellent value for money.

We visited beautiful and almost native St. Petersburg with my family, stayed at the Nevsky Forum Hotel. Room overlooking Nevsky Prospekt, very cozy and clean, with a beautiful and unobtrusive interior. Daily cleaning, crystal cleanliness in the room and in the bathroom. At night, the noise from the Nevsky did not bother at all, the sound insulation is good. Silence in the corridors. The feeling that there is no one else in the hotel except us, which is especially conducive to complete relaxation and a good night's sleep. It is convenient that the car can be parked on site at any time. The room was booked and paid for on-line on the hotel website. I was warmly welcomed, the process of registration and settlement is simple and does not take much time. I would especially like to note the friendliness and positive attitude of the hotel staff, professionalism and willingness to help. All in all, my family and I enjoyed everything. I recommend to stay!

Very cozy and homely hotel. Hospitable staff. You can sit on the window sills with soft pillows overlooking Nevsky Prospekt for hours. A wonderful breakfast that is prepared personally for you, with very tasty homemade yoghurt.
