- Not a big issue, but would be nice to have a few rails or pegs to hang wet clothes on but not into the wardrobe.

+ Very clean, new bathroom furniture. A kettle, a safe and a fridge in the room. An iron/ iron board and free water available on the floor. Various tasty breakfasts. Walking distance from the centre. Nice cafe and shops very close by.- Not a big issue, but would be nice to have a few rails or pegs to hang wet clothes on but not into the wardrobe.

+ Very helpful and kind staff. The breakfast is quite substantial with many options. Not too far from metro or bus stops but away from the center noise.- -

+ It is lovely hotel just in 10 min from Mariinsky Theater and main tourists attractions. I really enjoyed with stay there, as service was on 4 star - big, variuos breakfast, nice and cosy rooms with tea pots, very clean linens and towels, shower is comfy. In fact it is 4 start hotel from the price of 3 star. I would certainly stay there next time. Full breakfast and variuos meal which also incl fruits Clean, spaciuos and comfortable, even electric tea pot inside which helped on the evenings. Very clean, every day cleaning. The reception is welcoming and helpful - they addressed most of my urgent needs and helped with taxi and other requests. I am greatful for hospitality. It has elevator as well which is quite helpful.- Nothing, everything is great !

The hotel was located within walking distance of the Metro, the malls & all the attractions...... it's just off the main road & is serviced by trams & buses.
Very convenient location. The front desk staff were very helpful & suggested places to visit.....
The room was a good size, clean & with super comfy beds. The bathroom was modern & clean. What more could one ask for ?

Great location. Regular continental breakfasts. Very polite staff. Nice view from the window. Embankment for an evening walk. A coffee shop next door where delicious coffee is brewed ...

Good hotel not in center but very close to center city, in a quite area near to all main attractions. Personnel gentle and very good English speaking.

Overall, its a lovely 3 star hotel.
