- There is no ventilation in room for summer so it was hot at night no english speaking staff at hotel Didn't provide room cleaning service..we had to tell them each day. The bathroom had clogs which they fixed it on day 2 No fresh towels as well..had to ask each day and finally got on last day. spending 15-20 minutes to explain what we need via translation and not getting things done was a huge disappointment.

+ The room was good in a location convenient to the city centre. When we checked-in, it was clean and fresh so liked it. Lights and spaces for luggage was also good. Stayed for 3 days so it was good for travel as metro is 10-15 min walking. They did provide bowls to eat..Free water is available at the property to fill. - The check in process, the room located on third floor and no elevator, no ventilation in the romm always smell so bad, room is very small, you need to press a button and wait every time you enter the hotel, no AC in the room.

City center, quiet courtyard, clean rooms, cleaned every day, the kindest staff, always going to meet you, a coffee machine with the most delicious cappuccino, its own parking, a fresh and pleasant renovation.

What an awesome hotel! Minus of course, broken road to his street) and so everything is fine, very friendly staff! The room was small but very comfortable, everything was clean and tidy! And they have a big plus! So I advise everyone!
The location is excellent. Everything you need is in the room.. the staff is friendly and goes to great lengths to make guests feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel
Wonderful hotel, fresh and pleasant renovation. The hotel has its own parking with video surveillance. The reception has a coffee machine available for guests. The staff is polite and correct. Of the minuses are very soft mattresses and audibility in the rooms.
I myself am from Cheboksary, I came on a business trip. It took me a long time to choose a place. I decided to stay at the "Hotel 55" as the price suited the location. Was pleasantly surprised by the nice and pleasant staff and cozy room. Thank you hotel. I advise you to visit the city of St. Petersburg and if you don’t know where to stay, then I think my review will be useful to you.
