+ The location was perfect. The reception guy is extremely forthcoming and helpful and made painstaking efforts to adjust our group. Rooms were very comfortable and adequately warm, Hot water was available throughout without any problem. Breakfast had a good menu. Also a lot of Halal food options in the vicinity. Location is near the main Metro station Sadovaya and from there can get any tram / bus straight to Hotel at one stop length or can walk 10 minutes. Locality is safe and secure till very late nights.

Disliked: noise insulation (especially the noise of the water through the riser), one large towel (there is no traditional for the feet near the shower and a small one for the hands) Breakfast is very decent, quite a large selection for all tastes.
