- The service during the breakfast just doesn’t exist, the staff is not friendly and unprofessional. Nobody is smiling, nobody is asking you if you want anything… The staff is not kind of rude or unfriendly they in my opinion are untrained.

A solid, comfortable hotel in every sense. The interior is gorgeous. Breakfasts are 4, service is also 4, and everything else is very presentable.

A hotel in the city center. Imposing, with a confident claim to 4 or 5 stars. There is a small parking lot. Well-trained staff. Officially works with the Hermitage. Not bad restaurants. One of them is Italian. I want to say right away - the prices are not democratic, but not "off the charts". But for everyone their own measure.... If you want to have a good time in St. Petersburg and there is "golden sand" - this is the place for you.

Lovely. In honor of my friend, they brought a cake to the room. A discreet sense of luxury. The harp in the lobby until 21.00 pleasantly brightened the evening).
